In a quiet, leafy setting overlooking the harbour, this furnished 2-bedroom apartment (40 m2) for two people will be refurbished in 2021 and decorated in a contemporary style.
On the first floor of a residential house, your entrance is completely independent.
Living room leading to an entrance hall with cupboard (clothes and shoes), separate hanging WC, lounge/living room, sofa, television, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, crockery, coffee machine, kettle).
Office area, very pleasant view of the harbour.
Balcony with garden furniture, facing the harbour.
Master suite with 160x200 bed, bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower, washing machine.
Wi-Fi + printer available.
No pets allowed. Bus and supermarkets nearby (200m).
Easy parking in front of the flat.
