Cute and cozy
My husband and I booked this stay for the weekend we came into town for my best friend’s wedding! The property was in the cutest neighborhood with houses similar to our stay on both sides of the street. We saw people riding their bikes and walking their dogs throughout our stay. Little to no noise through out our stay as well. The house was extremely well kept from the updated details of the decor to the extreme tidiness and cleanliness of the entire home. Genuinely felt similar to staying in my own home. The house had that cute older home charm with touches of modern decor throughout. You can tell a lot of thought and effort go into keeping this property nice. Another big thing I appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the property’s owner. I even left a jacket and he messaged me letting me know. Overall great stay in Lafayette this weekend.

Wonderful House to Call Home for the Week
I am an attorney and new to the Lafayette area. I booked this property while in town for work and to look for a longer term rental. Tyler, the host, had excellent communication and could not have been more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities, safe, and close to the downtown area with all the unique shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

The house was very cute and updated. I love the quiet street in a very historic area of Lafayette. My only note for the owner is the mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. It is sagging and uncomfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Evangeline house. The location was perfect and the house was nicely remodeled. WiFi was fast, the decor was very stylish, and overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was ideal for us and close to many interesting local restaurants and bars. One of the negatives, while the remodel was really nice, our experience was that the bed in the main bedroom was extremely “creaky” - every time we turned at night it was quite noisy.

This is a gorgeous, welcoming home. The location was ideal for trips to campus and downtown. It was spotlessly clean and impeccably decorated. The furniture is placed to give you abundant space and also make you feel cozy. So relaxing! Accessories are thoughtful; I had everything I needed. The host, Tyler, is very responsive. The Evangeline house was great. The home was just as pictured. It has been beautifully updated and was clean and decorated nicely. The location is very convenient to UL and downtown Lafayette. Tyler is a great host, very responsive and gave great recommendations for stuff to do while in Lafayette. Price was right on. I would definitely stay at the Evangeline house again!
