Not a great stay
Nice House. Not luxury property per se. We paid for airport pickup and ret and noone was waiting for us at airpt. Travelling with 1 12 yr old. Had to wait over 1 hr for Filgia to send someone, and then 7 of us would not fit. Had to pay 130$ for additional ride. Never got reimbursed for this!
Also house was advertised in VRBO with Chef and Housekeeper. The chef never showed up. Housekeeper was very nice and able, but we paid for chef also and in our experience in other VRBO rentals there is a big difference.
The pool! for 3 days we were not able to use it. Water was green and with algae. It took 2 days after pool person came to put chemicals to kill algae and bacteria. Whole weekend without a pool and we had 3 kids. Our son in law got an ear infection and on arrival back to Miami had to go to a doctor.
Also A/C in master very noisy, sliding doors in living room had to be repaired, bathroom faucets outdated/rusted.
Unfortunately not a great stay as we had assumed from previous stays in Casa de Campo
