The Space:
The 168 sq mt | 1,808 sq ft home with an ocean view from the second-floor roof terrace is where you can amaze yourself with the mix of pinks and tangerines of the La Paz sunsets. The home is just steps to the beach and to the heart of downtown where you’ll find everything you need!

Features of the 2-bedroom home:
- The main floor encompasses a super comfy sitting area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a dining table for 6, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Wooden floors and beautiful contemporary Mexican art surrounds the living space and delights the senses.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed with granite countertops and quality features and appliances to prepare meals at home. There’s also a cozy breakfast bar with 3 bar stools to hang around, have a coffee, or prep meals.
- The open floor plan of the main living area allows everyone to mingle and has direct access to the enclosed patio where you’ll find an inground pool, outdoor bar with BBQ, and lots of lounging spots to enjoy the salty sea air.
- Next to the outdoor kitchen/bar area, you’ll find a half bath for your convenience.
- Under the palapa, you’ll have a hammock, tables, and chairs to relax, dine, and listen to some tunes.
- On the second floor is where you’ll truly be impressed! The fun continues with a private game room and bar/lounge! (Spirited beverages not included). Additionally, this room can be a guest room as it features a queen-sized sofa bed and a full bathroom.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flu

The pool cleaning company comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the property. They do not enter the home.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
-Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
-Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
-Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
-If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and parking are provided free during your stay.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
- Please remove all trash and dispose of it in secured, tied bags. The trash should be placed in the basket located just outside the house.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a key in the lockbox. Codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

Wonderful stay in La Paz
We had a wonderful 4 night stay here in La Paz. The house is close to a nice Chedraui Selecto so it was easy to stock up on groceries. The beds were comfortable and there are lots of nice places inside and out to lounge. The neighborhood is safe and a short daytime walk to the Malecon. Ubers we’re also easy and there was ample parking. The knives were pretty dull but we made due. We enjoyed diving, snorkeling, great restaurants and exploring this beautiful city. We will be back!

Nice home with a great location.
This was a great place for partying adults. We brought our 6 year old grandson with us and wished we knew beforehand that the pool didn’t have a shallow end. It also needed a few more things like coffee cups, steak knives and garbage bags to be practical for a family. Overall it was a very nice home.

Beautiful
We drove in from Cabo and found the place easily with google. We were blown away when we opened the gates! Beautiful well kept property. After a few days of traveling around LaPaz we got the streets down and felt like we wanted to be closer to the boardwalk by the beach but by the end of our trip we wouldn’t stay in another place. It was very quiet at night and peaceful. There’s a taco stand 2 places down and you were just the right amount of space away from the high traffic areas of LaPaz! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Very nice home
Beautiful property, plenty of space for a family or group of 5 or 6. Nice pool, good size kitchen with good size family room. Plenty of secured parking. Quiet street, just don't mind the dogs in the street, they're harmless. Very close to the Malecon. Just make sure to provide your own toilet paper and water to drink. Outside of that it was a great stay.

Nice property but difficult to find
I initially had difficulty finding the property. I finally paid a cab driver to guide us to the address. He also had difficulty and we stopped twice to enlist the help of nearby neighbors. Once we found the property, we discovered that the garbage had not been taken out of the kitchen and the odor and flies were pretty bad. The dining table had not been cleaned and the floors were dusty. After the initial problems had been solved, we enjoyed our stay. My husband, our friend and I found nearby grocery store as well as other amenities. As in a lot of Mexico the neighborhood dogs kept barking all night long, but that can be found almost everywhere. The house is much larger that what we needed but was comfortable. We stayed for one week.
