The large kitchen has all appliances and cutleries, so you can prepare and enjoy your own meals as you would in your own home.

On the first floor, you will find a huge balcony with an incredible view of the woods on the sides and the black sea in front of you, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing against the black send; why not with a glass of Georgian wine?

On the same floor, you will have four large rooms, each with a private bathroom with all the comforts that will make you forget every day worked in the year.
The villa is in a green and quiet area but close to all services; it is perfectly located just 3 minute walk from Paragraph resort & spa hotel, 5 minutes from Ureki, 10 minutes drive from Kobuleti and 30 minutes from Batumi.

We include the possibility of adapting the villa to the guest's needs, and it is available for short and long periods.
