Other Things to Note:
▶ We kindly ask that you clean the BBQ grill after use to ensure it's ready for the next guests. Extra propane tanks are stored in the shed, and a key will be provided for access.

▶ Please note that the pool is exclusively for the use of the homeowners of this block. You are welcome to use it as a guest. The key to access the pool is provided in the home.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are not allowed. A fine of $400 will be imposed if a pet is brought onto the premises.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located on the left side of the home behind the gate. Move trash out on Monday, and bring bins back on Tuesday afternoon (or Wednesday afternoon if there is a holiday).

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

School Competition
The home was just as listed. Communication with the host was good until after we checked in and then it became a hit and miss. Once we realized we didn't have power to a portion of the home and asked about checking the breaker box we were asked to check a bunch of other things. The next day was when someone reached out to us and asked us to check the GFI in a room which seemed to fix it. It might of went a little easier had someone just called us the first night. House keeping left a note asking us to remove the towels in the dryer and put in a basket as they did not have time. The fridge has some food left on one of the shelves in the fridge and the garbage disposable stunk once turned on. The shower in the main bedroom wasn't as easy to use even with the instruction they had. You also could not use both showers at the same time as we ran out of hot water. The outside of the home could use some TLC as far as cleaning off the cobwebs around the home.
