As you enter, you will find the living room, which is combined with the kitchen, creating a cozy and functional living area. The living room is furnished with a dining table with chairs. The open-plan design allows for a seamless flow between the living and dining areas, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, squeezer, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Whether you're a culinary expert or just starting out, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The two bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with high-quality bedding and linens that will ensure a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable and cool environment during hot summer nights. Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building or the neighborhood.

Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of three guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
