Designed for beachcombers, the house is a mere 1 minute's stroll from the water's edge, and centrally located near major shopping amenities. A large swimming pool offers additional water fun, whilst sport can be played in the backyard.

Sitari's clean lines accomplishes a unique sense of peacefulness in design and decor, and is perfect for stress-free family getaways. It can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The upstairs main en-suite bedroom contains a double bed, and features a private balcony with Kleinmond beach views. The en-suite bathroom has a comfortable shower with 'his and hers' shower heads, as well as a bath. Downstairs, the second and third bedrooms also contain double-size beds. Both feature en-suite bathrooms with a shower each. Bedroom 2 also has a private patio area.

The house comprises open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas, and they are all connected to the braai/BBQ area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a SMEG kettle and toaster, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as cleaning materials. Flatscreen tv's are located in both the lounge and braai areas, and Dstv is available for viewing pleasure. Free WiFi is available, and an inverter system provides alternative power supply to the house’s lights, tv, Wi-Fi and security system.

Secure parking on the property is available as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system.

Kleinmond is a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty’s Bay and Hermanus, and offers nature trails, the Kleinmond Blue Flag beach, and restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
