The cottage is situated in Kleinmond, a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty’s Bay and Hermanus, and a mere 4 minutes’ drive from the Kleinmond blue flag status beach. Designed for ultimate relaxation, this private home offers the genuine seafront holiday with upmarket styling and features fulfilling guests’ every need.
The seafront doors open wide onto a quaint undercover patio which has extraordinary views of the lush seaside greenery and the wavy ocean reaching shores far away. The garden is enclosed by a west coast style fence and a cute white-picket-fence gate. Both seaside rooms open onto the garden, with the main-en-suite opening onto the patio as well.
The finely furnished home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, walk-through cupboards and en-suite bathroom with a bath and comfortable shower. The second and third bedrooms contain queen-size and twin beds, respectively. These rooms share an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, breakfast nook and lounge with braai/BBQ area acting as well as a fireplace for winter months. The kitchen is equipped with a top-of-the-range fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster; as well as a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine in the scullery, with cleaning materials. In the lounge area is a big flatscreen tv with Dstv and Netflix. Free WiFi is available. The house has solar / inverter power back-up.
Guests can enjoy the private garden and al fresco dining on the patio with built-in braai/BBQ. Secure garage parking for one car is available on the property as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system and plantation shutters throughout.
