As you enter this coastal charmer, you will be greeted by an entertaining game room offering a foosball table, two different standalone arcade games, and a cozy rec area with a Roku smart TV to stream your favorite series, shows, and sports games. This is a wonderful spot to gather and create everlasting memories with your family and friends! The second floor houses three coastal-themed bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite with a smart TV, a working desk, an en suite bathroom, and a private deck with a swing. The second guest bedroom also boasts a smart TV, a working desk, and a private deck with seating.

The main living space is located on the upper level offering a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring an extensive sofa and a Roku smart TV. The living room opens onto the third deck, which boasts a nice lounge area surrounding a gas firepit. One amenity that makes this home stand out is the record player - the owners have provided a few vinyls to enjoy during your stay! The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare tasty treats for the crew, including a double oven and a Keurig coffee maker.
