This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We have stayed at this facility before. The location and amenities cannot be beat. Across the street from the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. This condo was super clean, no fuss from the property management company, and was stocked with items specific to the age of my son which was awesome.

Great stay. Beautiful area right by an incredible beach with great sand and snorkeling. House was furnished very well with lots of kitchen extras and even some seasonings and spices, which we really appreciated. The A/C worked great and house stayed perfect temp the whole time. Awesome rental and stay in Kihei
We had an amazing 10days in Kihei at Kamaole Sands. The property management company was great. They were very quick and responsive to our requests. For example, we got a poster that there was going to be spraying for insects during our stay. We contacted PMI and asked for an exemption because we had concerns (exposure to our family, food, concern about valuables etc). PMI replied the same night and said we were exempt. The unit was clean and fully stocked, except no wine opener (thanks neighbors), with everything we needed for cooking and the beach. The Smart TV’s are great, particularly the 65in+ model in the living room. The two bathrooms were great to have and very clean. A couple times we were a little short on hot water. Could have been because we were using the dishwashers at the same time. Appliances are new and great. Fridge is big and freezer even has auto ice dispenser. The lanai is small but the view and green space is great. Also, lots of sun. The master bed is a little firm and slopes to the middle. The king size is great though. The pullout bed couch is great and our kids didn’t complain at all. The kitchen even came stocked with most spices and condiments which was great. All in all just a wonderful condo, location and stay in Kihei. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Needs some work
We stayed at this property for a very extended period. Cons: Some pretty serious issues were cleanliness. Kitchen: Dishes were not cleaned at all - we had to hand wash everything to get very stuck gunk off of dishes and silverware Garbage can: chunks of food were stuck around it so we had a little bug issue there because of that Washer: smelled like mildew and so did all the towels and sheets so we had to buy bleach and run the washer on self clean mode a few times then washed EVERYTHING to ensure they were actually clean Towels: I do not believe they were washed with actual soap because when we did a load the stains that were on them when we arrived actually came out Master Bed: so I thought I was going crazy but the bed bows in the center pretty seriously - the day we left we checked under the bed and the middle post that hold the center wait of the bed wasn’t upright at all - we had horrible sleep and our back honest to god hurt the whole trip to where we cancelled two activities - the sofa bed was much more comfortable then the actual bed Sofa Pillows: Definitely have not been washed they were stained to the max when we arrived Silverware organizer: Full of hair and dirt and what looked like either pasta sauce or ketchup we had to pull it out and cleaned it there was more sauce under the plastic area but at that point we gave up on this. Pros Close to the beach Nice place overall - and good location close to a lot of things in Kihei Safe area overall Smooth check in process Management Mixed review: The property manager experience was split the first person was explaining how she checked herself it was clean but it was not regardless of her statement. She did offer to clean it but I felt that if they came in after the complaint maybe they would be upset and do not something not so great so I opted out of that scenario. The second person I spoke to was a gentleman, be got a working vacuum to us the next day as promised since the one on site had definitely seen better days and it was on its last leg. We did request a few days refund in exchange for our cleaning services while on vacation. Haven’t heard back yet and probably won’t. I feel if they had a check list on cleaning and fixed the things mentioned especially the broken master bed it would be a phenomenal place. Proceed with caution.

We loved the condo and it had everything we needed and was super organized which we liked. We had one small issue with the sink and they came right away and fixed it. Cleanliness is super important to us and this condo made us very comfortable. The property is clean and beautiful. We used the pool and the grills. We highly recommend this condo and property.

OMG! Soooo nice!!
This place was SOOOO tastefully done! The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was clean and comfortable. We had privacy on our little patio and the beach was right across the street. The only critique I have is that the floors needed mopping because when we walked around barefoot, our feet were black on the bottoms. I wiped the floors down which is not what you want to do on vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

If I could, I would rate 4.5. I can’t give 5 bc there were a couple issues and it wasn’t a perfect stay. PROS: place was relatively clean, modern, close proximity to a lot of eating venues, the beach, and grocery stores. The host was attentive via app communication. CONS: ants in the main bedroom (along the wall, on dressers, in bed, and connecting bathroom). The assigned parking unit was further than desired. Only made it inconvenient when having to tote luggage, beach stuff, or groceries Overall- 4.5 ⭐️

Perfectly suited our needs
We were impressed with this condo! -Location (building 9) was close to the Kamaole beach - only a 3-5 minute walk. Also a short walk to restaurants (we loved 'that's a wrap', coconut, southside grill) -Minimal noise from the nearby S. Kihei road -Condo was modern compared to other condos in Kamaole sands. Comfortable furniture. -We loved how well-stocked it was - kitchen wares, beach chairs, sand toys for kids, an umbrella, and even a boogie board -They also provided a pack-and-play -Abundance of nice paintings in the condo -Gorgeous lanai with a semi-private yard away from the cars -Wednesday pool days were fun -Easy to operate the air conditioning, tv, wifi, etc. The blinds were also good quality. -Good communication with PMI Maui throughout We'd definitely stay here again!

This condo 9-110 was perfect for our family of 4. Master bedroom had comfy king bed with attached full bath. Kids were comfortable with the pull out bed in the living room and had their own full bath. Quiet unit on ground floor. Partial ocean view from the lanai. Very close 3 min walk to a nice beach for sunsets every night. Walking distance to food and shops. Easy access to checking in mostly virtual. Fully recent remodel. AC worked terrific. Nicely added security screen door front entrance. Felt safe. Highly recommend!
