The Magic Sands Retreat is a quaint 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage just around the corner from the famed Magic Sands Beach and the Ali'i Drive beach corridor. Just a 10 minute walk to the most popular beach in Kona!
This upgraded home shows attention to detail with an artists touch with many tasteful upgrades throughout including remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring & Air Conditioning!
The home is nestled in the middle of tropical and mature landscaping. Enjoy the sounds of local birds in the trees. Although modestly sized, this home offers several areas for entertaining, reading a book or soaking up the sun.
The home offers easy access to Magic Sands Beach through a public deeded access trail. Great for a morning swim or playing in the surf.

Immediately upon walking in, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the Living Area. Kitchen features granite countertops, gorgeous cabinetry, Large Island, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven!

The Living Area is comfortable, dining available at the Island or the Dining Table. Split Air Conditioning System Available in the Living Room & All Bedrooms have Wall AC units!
Cable TV & High Speed Wifi Internet are featured in the property. TV in the Living Room!

One of the guest bedrooms is featured as a Media room with a Sofa that pulls out & has a Television/Air Conditioning.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, Wall Air Conditioning Unit, and Private Bathroom with a Walk in Shower.
The Guest Bedroom that goes to the Lanai features a Queen Sized Bed & a Wall Air Conditioning Unit

Kleines, aber feines Feriendomizil in schöner Lage
Super Haus in perfekter Lage. Keine 5 Geh-Minuten zum Magic Sands Beach. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele Aussichtspunkte und Aktivitäten an der Kona Küste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir waren hier zum Ausklang unserer Reise und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. BBQ ist vorhanden und wurde von uns fast täglich genutzt. 6 Erwachsene sind problemlos untergekommen (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder), nur zum Essen mussten wir uns auf der süßen Terrasse etwas verteilen bzw. zusammenrücken. Bei Regen kann es drin etwas eng werden, wenn man großen Wert auf Platz legt (für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend). Bei unseren drei Tagen Aufenthalt hat das aber für uns 6 völlig gereicht. Auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner war bei uns in Benutzung. Ruhige Wohngegend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und völlig unproblematisch. Wir fanden es sehr gemütlich und würden wieder in dieses Haus ziehen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

A beautiful home
This wasn’t a rental property, this was a beautiful home. The house was charming and beautifully decorated. The small residential lot was gorgeously landscaped and meticulously maintained. It was much nicer than the pictures. I’ve never enjoyed a rental more. It’s located in a quiet residential area two blocks from the beach. Not on the water, but I absolutely loved it.

Wonderful spot
We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The home was incredibly clean and the perfect set up for our family of five. We used the kitchen a lot to cook, especially breakfast and dinner. There were lots of supplies for beach days, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even a wagon. The location was very convenient and made exploring the Kona coast so easy.

Perfect Thanksgiving Holiday
In 2013 we had stayed in Kona at a hotel. but this time we wanted to rent a house to have more flexibility. We came across this listing and could not believe this house was available. We got the three bedrooms as we figured our daughters (20 & 17) would not want to share a room...we were wrong. They shared the room with the twin beds and loved it. The kitchen was brand new and updated. Everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the deck/lanai in the morning where we had breakfast/tea/coffee. A bonus for us was that the house had beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers for our beach days. Also, it was a few minutes to walk to Magic Sands Beach. After traveling for many hours it was perfect to walk to the beach and see the sunset on our arrival day. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect quiet rental
The house was beautiful, very well kept, and in a perfect location for us. Walk to the beach and restaurants and short drive to shopping center and the harbor to go fishing. Only 20mins from the airport as well. Highly recommend it!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Can't express enough how great a stay we had. The house was perfectly comfortable wnd all bedrooms had AC. Foe the beach, they had what you needed. Boogey boards, snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, they even had Aloe for those inevitable days of too much sun. Walking distance to the beach, a few miles from some great restaurants. If you're in Kona, this is the place to stay!!

Perfect home for a family get away!
We'll definitely be looking to rent this wonderful home again if ever back on the island! It had everything we needed and you couldn't beat the location. This house was beautiful, and had everything we needed (including a large amount of coolers, beach gear, even fishing pole). My kid asked to return to the house weeks later. The yard was beautiful and had many outdoor places to relax. I could not recommend this property more highly.

Fantastic place
The place is fantastic, including all the amenities which meant we did not have to rent snorkeling gear or chairs for the beach. The house is very nice and clean. Great porch to sit and have coffee each morning. Great location. Would greatly recommend to both couples and families to stay.

Pictures don’t do it justice
This house was absolutely gorgeous. It met all of our needs for space and entertainment. The air conditioning in each room made it that much more magical. The house is close to all the delicious food spots, and the gorgeous beach. The cherry on top is that the rental includes chairs, umbrellas, and sand tools which my son thouroughly enjoyed. Could not have asked for a better rental

Within ten minutes of our arrival, we were incredibly excited to have chosen this house. It's in a quiet area with an amazing outdoor seating/deck area. The house itself is incredibly well-kept and stocked. The walk to the beach was even shorter than I thought.
