Indoors, an inviting barn houses a plethora of entertainment options including half-court indoor basketball, Ping-Pong, 2 arcade games, corn hole, digital piano, darts, over 20 board games, shuffleboard, foosball table, mini golf, poker table, pool table & more. The outdoor hot tub on the back deck offers stunning views, complemented by a spacious field perfect for disc golf and outdoor picnics near the fire pit or at the nearby picnic tables.

Conveniently located within walking distance, you'll find a bakery, country store, and a full restaurant and bar, ensuring you have everything you need without having to drive. Just a short 20-minute drive to Mount Snowe and 20 minutes to Berkshire East Mountain, adventure awaits. There is skiing, alpine slides, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, sip lines, mountain biking, hiking, tubing and more.

Amazing indoor entertainment experience!
We have stayed at several vacation homes around the country and can say unequivocally have never come close to the space an amenities this property offers for a large group! The weather was terrible, but we basically had a full on entertainment complex at our disposal...look at the pics, even more impressive in person. We had so much fun in the house ... The layout was such you could have privacy in one sectionand shooting pool in another area and havibg a basketball game and playing ping pong in another! Oh yeah, almost forgot the hot tub! kitchen was very well equipped, beds and baths where very nice, one of the ahowers was huge! Did I mention heated toilet seats.. The only issue we had was figuring out the heat when we first arrived, Marcella quickly had a local handyman there in 20 minutes.

Family Weekend
We hit the jackpot with this property. We stayed with our multi generational family including senior parents, young adults children, 10 year old nephew and a dog. So much space to spread out for everyone. It was a weekend of games, relaxing and good food. Not a lot of time spent on devices or tvs with so much to do. Big kitchen so multiple people could be preparing food at once, comfortable furniture, beautiful property. Have to comment on the heated toilet seats because it was such an unexpected luxury. Short ride to Wilmington with shopping and reataurants. Overall great place!

Magical - Spacious and Well Appointed
We really enjoyed ourselves in Marcella's home, to the point where we did not want to leave the house to go skiing/snowboarding. Upon arrival you are greeted with a cute little bridge to cross over and you see a beautiful red house and barn. The home was very comfortable, with enough bedrooms and space for us our group to be in the kitchen or playing in the pool area, basketball court, ping pong table or 3 different sitting areas and hot tub. The kitchen has everything that you need from baking trays, spices, coffee/tea, instant hot water kettle, slow cooker, chopping boards, everything you can think of was there.The bedrooms were nicely decorated, beds and linens were great, there were towels for the bath and hot tub, there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided as well. The bathroom heated toilet sets were a very pleasant surprise. We had a wonderful time 10 out of 10 and we are going to stay again. Thank you!

Lovely space for a wedding!
Part of our family stayed here with us and we had a small gathering for our wedding. Property owner was very nice. The home has so many games, everyone stayed busy and entertained and it was just the right size. Beautiful kitchen and entire place really. Everyone loved literally everything and they’re talking about renting it out themselves for something in the future! We are very grateful to have found this place and can’t imagine having done this any differently. Thank you!

Absolutely Blast
This place is huge and so full of fun. My family spent (and cooked) Thanksgiving in this house. It had everything we needed! We played so many games and our dog kept getting lost in the house and barking for us to find her. It’s huge and bizarre, in the very best way. We loved it: the hot tub, the pool table, the heated toilet seats- everything. we can’t wait to come back. It’s so quiet and a true ‘get away’.

A long weekend is not long enough!
This place was SO fun to stay at, and we did not have enough time during our 3 night stay to experience it all! The house is clean, the grounds are beautiful and scenic, and the location is near so many fun places to go. The amount of activities at the house alone gives you more than enough entertainment that you never even have to go explore, but the whole area is equally wonderful. The host was very communicative and helpful. Thank you for everything we hope to be back next year!
