Room was dirty, unkept, smelled terrible. Hair on the bed, shower was dirty and railing on tub was dirty. Told someone at the desk about my room, and she didn’t know what to do. Was told she was just filling in, person working was running late. It was almost 1 in the morning. So we just went to bed. Spoke to someone else that next morning, she said she didn’t know what to do and the GM would be in later. At this point my partner and I didn’t want to stay anymore. How could so many people working not have a clue how to handle a situation. Once we got our things loaded to leave, I did run into the general manager, Who look like she just came in from off the street, Had no professionalism to her at all, And pretty much blamed me for the problems that I was facing. I paid for the room through Expedia so I was not able to get a refund, but Sonesta can keep my money since you all need it so so much. Will never return, Hope no one else has a bad experience
