Privacy and seclusion are aplenty in this two-story cabin that rests amongst aromatic pine. The interior of this spacious home flaunts high wood-beamed ceilings coupled with an open floor plan making the adobe an ideal setting for entertaining family and friends. The fireplace will keep you cozy after a long day on the snow, and the two large patios provide the perfect stage for grilling with a view. Toast a glass of merlot in the secluded spa as you watch the snow cover the surrounding pine trees.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has a maximum occupancy of 8.

Parking Details:
- 1 to 2 cars can fit in the garage.
- Space for 4 others in the driveway.
- A maximum of 6 cars can park onsite.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Good location!
House is cozy, has everything you may need. The beds weren't very comfy. The lighting in this house needs some major improvements. My mom has limited vision due to an eye disease, so she was frustrated the entire stay. That made the rest of us frustrated as well. There are a few soft spots in the floor throughout the house. Tvs in each room would be awesome. Other than that, we had a good stay.

If you prefer a calmer area around Lake Tahoe, the north shore / Incline Village area is fantastic for that. Great spacious house with plenty of deck space in a great location to allow you to go either direction around the lake.

Short family getaway
From beginning to end, we had a wonderful stay. House is located in a great area adjacent to sights, hiking areas and more importantly, only 5 minutes away from the Incline Golf Courses - Mountain Course. Nothing to complain about. For an even more perfect stay - just upgrading the silverware, providing placemats and oven mitts and the home’s Amazon TV Fire Stick - would do the trick! We shall return!

a home away from home
I feel very fortunate to have made the choice to stay at Tarly by Avantstay. I had plenty of choices and i believe i made the best one for my needs. they were very easy to communicate with, easy to reply to my texts and requests. The house was beautiful!!! it was very spacious, had almost everything we needed and the hot tub was a major plus! we cooked several meals in the kitchen that had everything! the fire pit made the house so comfortable and serene in the evenings. i was afraid of the noise some reviews had but it was not a problem whatsoever. I would definitely come back here again! everything was lovely. thank you Avantstay for making our vacation perfect.

So lovely and peaceful!
This property exceeded expectations. It is decorated simply but beautifully. The kitchen was well-stocked, the location was great— close enough for the snowplows to come through but not close enough to have too much traffic sound. We loved both fireplaces and the hot tub. It was a wonderful home for a few days with our five kids. It certainly helped that it snowed the day before we came, but overall, it was a magical time.

The cabin was in great shape. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was big and fantastic after a day of skiing. The management team was easy to get in touch with, both through text and over the phone. The only negative was that the couch could’ve been bigger to accommodate a family. An excellent cabin overall.

Very open and clean
The house was exactly as described. Lots of seating and very clean. I liked the openness of it. Balconies off every slider which was nice since the weather was perfect and we could enjoy the outside. The only complaint I would have is that the bed in the master was comfy, it was really squeaky to the point when you sit or rollover, it squeaked. It seemed the bed didn’t fit the bed frame. The bed was a few inches shorter than the frame as there was a gap you could probably step through.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Beautiful location that was a short drive away from many things to do. Small critiques regarding the property, the kitchen floor by the sink was significantly unlevel and is a tripping hazard. It would be nice to have improved lighting on the 3rd floor as it was fairly dim during the night but we did appreciate that floor lamps were available to brighten the area around the table. We would love to stay again and appreciate the avantstay team for hosting us!

Great property! Great neighborhood.
Loved our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplaces. Very cozy! It is next to a busy road, but it didn’t bother us. But if you like to sleep with the windows open at night, it can be a little loud. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again!

Excellent property with nice amenities. A nicely equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. We enjoyed afternoon foosball games and evening soaks in the spa. The only gripe is the traffic noise from the adjacent highway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here agin.
