Bellevue at Hyams is a spectacular, spacious beach house designed to take full advantage of its extra wide frontage - directly overlooking the white sands of the main beach. The home has been completely renovated in 2023 from top to toe and now boasts 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. A stunning swimming pool has also been added, complete with a wet bar!
Situated behind the cafe in Hyams Beach, this fantastic beach front house allows complete privacy away from the crowds, yet at the same time, you have the most central location in the village!

- Strictly no parties at this house. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?
Bellevue at Hyams is very centrally located in the village, immediately behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Due to its long driveway, it still enjoys privacy and tranquility behind a secure gate, and stands atop the cliffs that separate Little Hyams Beach from main beach. The private stairs lead to the northern end of the main beach for your to enjoy the full 2.5km stretch of white sand.
Why choose Bellevue at Hyams?
Bellevue at Hyams is an immaculate, totally renovated and luxuriously appointed house that captures fantastic 180 degree views over Jervis Bay. There are also large covered decks and a lovely lawn from which views of the main beach can be enjoyed from your commanding position over the bay.
How is the property laid out?
Bellevue at Hyams is set over one level. The front door leads straight into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with stunning views over Jervis Bay. There are 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, all with ensuites, a totally separate 5th bedroom with 1 queen and 1 king singles and private bathroom. And there is a 6th guest bathroom as well. The layout is fantastic, as per the floor plan provided.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
This property has a smart TV. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
What about outdoors?
Bellevue at Hyams has lovely lawn areas and a wrap around, tiled patio complete with a large outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.

Luxury linen and bath towels are provided at Bellevue at Hyams. Please however bring your own beach towels.
