This Houston Medical Center & Museum District neighborhood is very walkable, nestled within a 1/2 mile of many museums, parks, restaurants, cafes and bars. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are plentiful and cost effective for exploring the area. A Houston B-cycle station (citywide bike & e-bike rental) is located 1 block from the house. Two rail stations are also blocks away from the townhouse providing even greater access to the Houston area. The home has an attached 2-car garage allowing direct entry in and out of the home. Perfect Stay Near Medical District – Highly Recommend!
We recently stayed at this property in Houston while my family was in town for my mom's medical care. The house was exactly as described and conveniently located near the medical district. Long weekend for Rice Graduation which was perfect for multiple family members and friends. Very spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood is very convenient. Would stay here again if we had a large group to visit.

Unbeatable Location!
This was a great property for our family trip, which included us, our three kids and one set of grandparents. We visited for the Houston Marathon and the location could not have been more convenient. We walked to most of the things we wanted to do. The common spaces and bedrooms worked really well for our large group.

We were four friends getting together for our annual reunion and really enjoyed the property - it's on a peaceful street within walking distance of Rice campus and Hermann Park, so we didn't have to get in our cars very often. My family visited Houston for a wedding. Maria’s place was perfect. Spacious and open and clean! Having 3.5 baths was so nice and convenient for getting ready and being on time. The beds were comfortable which was a big deal for me. I had a back fusion last year and there’s nothing like a comfortable bed! Any questions we had about the property or area were answered and addressed almost immediately after I messaged Maria. The location is great. The museum district is beautiful. Loved exploring Hermann Park and seeing Rice University. Close to the Metro Rail red line which is very easy to use. Purchase tickets online or at the stop. Will definitely recommend this property and will not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property and location
I am a native Houstonian who hat moved away 5 years ago for work. We were back in town to attend a wedding and visit Texas colleges for my daughter. We picked this rental because it was spacious but also because we knew we wanted to visit all of our favorite restaurants and museums. Place was exactly as pictured, clean and beds we’re comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect location/Beautiful home
The property was just like the pictures!! Check-in was super easy. We couldn’t figure out how to use code, but called the number provided and got an immediate answer. Within a minute our problem was resolved. Maria was so easy to deal with even sending suggestions on places to take the kids as well as letting us extend our stay with no hassles. There was plenty of room for everyone, the entire house was clean, extra blankets/pillows were available and clean, and there were also extra items available in kitchen if you needed. This in my opinion is the perfect property to book because you are literally in the center of everything.

Great Houston family holiday
The property is really well located, close enough to downtown but also close enough to get out of town easily. We appreciated being able to walk to Herman park. The property is very well maintained and Maria was great at keeping us informed with information related to both the property and Houston suggestions given we were visiting from the UK. Would recommend this property and host if you want a high quality residence to explore Houston and the surrounding area from.

Amazing house!
Amazing house! The house looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect for a variety of things. It is only a couple of miles to the museum and zoo. It was a convenient location to stay when planning to go to the NRG Stadium ( we went to the rodeo). It is very close to all of the restaurants in the Montrose area, not far from the Galleria, and also very close to downtown. The house had everything that we needed, including plenty of coffee and tea, which we really appreciated. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the main floor, and another flight to get to two of the bedrooms. This was no problem for us, but something to consider if you have difficulty with stairs. As a sidenote, if you plan to go to the Houston zoo, make sure that it is not free day. We went during spring break and it was a nightmare. This has nothing to do with the house, but just a note to help you plan. We are hoping to come back in 2023 again for the rodeo! Maybe even sooner if we’re lucky.

Great property in the museum district
Our family absolutely loved this place. Being near the museums was a huge plus for us. The property managers were polite and readily available for all our needs. Thankfully we didn't need much, because this place has it all. It is equipped with comfortable furniture, gas range stove, and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite. All around, hands down, the best place we've ever stayed.
