Our cabins were built in 2021 on the shore of Homer’s only authentic working floatplane base.
Each cabin is well appointed with an open concept floor plan complete with a luxurious king bed, gas log fireplace, large screen smart TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.
Washer and dryer and a private bathroom with deluxe shower and private parking spots for one or two vehicles. The sofa converts to a queen bed, perfect for the kids or a teen.

To make your visit pleasant for everyone, please review and follow these house rules.
General Rules
1. Check-In & Check-Out times:
Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees.
2. Occupancy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.
3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
4. No Parties or Events:
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
5. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately.
6. Pets:
No Pets allowed in the units at any time.
7. Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
8. Damage:
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
09. Prohibited Items:
Firearms, fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property.
10. Patio Use:
Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.
Return any outdoor furniture to its original position.
11. Emergency Contacts:
For any emergencies, call 911. Please notify us immediately of any safety concerns.

12. Cameras
We do have security cameras located on the outside of the property. These cameras function for security purposes only.
Fees & Penalties
13. Additional Charges:
Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
Additional cleaning fees up to $500 apply if excessive mess is left.
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an extra charge.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
