Great location
This house was perfect for our family of 8. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart so getting around was no problem during the week of spring break. All new pots and pans and enough kitchen supplies for our needs. There were floaties in the garage and other items that were left behind from previous renters, so that was a plus. There is not a refrigerator in the garage as shown in the pictures. This is a pet friendly home, so be prepared for the lingering smell of dogs and a lot of hair floating around, but we knew that going in. The pool was filled with tree debris upon arrival and was not heated as we requested, but the management company took care of that the next day. The downside of this property was that the pool area was too shady and we were all huddled around whatever small sunny spot that was available. The trees need to be trimmed to allow more sun around the pool area. There was always a lot of tree debris in the pool and no pool net was provided for us to clean it ourselves. We ended up buying a kids fishing net so we could clean the pool on a daily basis.

Great Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay! The pool area is private, nice and relaxing. The house is conveniently located just a few steps away from the public beach access, which was awesome! There is also a stop for the free trolley that goes up and down the island close by.

Great location but needs a little work.
We loved the proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool/spa. The house definitely needs maintenance.From little things like multiple burnt out light bulbs to worn out living room furniture.

Can't beat the location
Overall house was well laid out, had no issues having 3 families staying there all having teenaged kids. Location to the beach and downtown was great. Quick one block walk to the beach, can easily get all over the island by golf cart. Pool and hot tube are great. Well laid out, shady, great place to hang out after a hot day at the beach. House had everything we needed for the week. Would have been nice to have a Keurig Coffee pot, but the drip maker worked fine. Need to address the railing on the porch coming off the kitchen. They made a quick fix while we were there, but it's temporary and really needs to be replaced from a safety standpoint. Washing machine went out while we were there and repairman said it's too old for parts and repair. Hopefully there is a new one on order. Overall we all enjoyed the house and would stay again if visiting the island.

The property had a great location. The pool was a blessing and wonderful for everyone! The only drawback was the trash situation. We arrived with full garbage After repeated attempts to have it removed we gave up calling. They told us we were responsible for taking the cans to the curb for pickup on Friday.otherwise it was a great vacation!!

The house and backyard were beautiful. The inside needed some new pots and pans. The grill outside had a rat living in it. We were not comfortable using the grill and most of the cook wear. The towels were thin and cheap.

We had a great time. Plenty of room! Loved the pool area! Easy access to beach.

Dirty house
I do believe that for the price that we pay for this house for the week, that this house should have more to offer. The air vents are disgustingly dirty. The kitchen is not stocked at all, being that there are 9 forks for a house that sleeps 12. There are no outdoor lights, making nights dangerous. The faucet in the kitchen makes strange noises when turned on. The filter in the fridge is showing it needs a replacement, for a long time it seems. The landscaping is haphazard, as none of the palms or bushes have been pruned in ages, causing dead pieces of foliage to fall into the pool. I had to skim the pool three times this week because of trees that have not been maintained in a long time. Overall, the upkeep and maintenance, besides the normal cleaning, is terribly lacking. The owners have obviously not been here for a king time or just don’t care. We are extremely disappointed and would like to have a response before we comment on the site about this property. Thank you

Great home in great location
The was such a great stay in a beautiful home. The location was great. Beach was within walking distance (for small kids too). Plenty of space and outside area was amazing! Short drive to the pier and shops. Pizza s The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was because of a few things: 1. The house was clean but not spectacular (eg dining table was dirty, floors were only swept in main areas, etc.) But overall was cleanly. 2. The pool was cloudy with a lot of debris. The pump stopped working halfway through our stay (they resolved it the next day) 3. The dryer would trip the breaker after 10-15 minutes so it was not possible to do laundry unless you kept going downstairs to reset the switch. (They came and assessed but did not resolve the issue. Nothing was mentioned in that regard when the tech left) Our stay overall was amazing and despite those few hiccups, we would definitely stay again.

We loved the location very much. House was ok. Disappointed that it did not have a smart TV in living area so we could use Netflix, etc. The pool is really nice with bar area. However, had to much shade and pool and hot tub was not heated like some of our neighbors pools. We called to ask to have heat increased but never got a call to increase. So never got to use pool or hot tub. Great location but will choose a different home next time.

Nido Family Reunion
We really liked the house we rented but were super disappointed with the pool. The water was cold and the trees blocked most of the sun from coming into the pool. The beds were all comfortable and inviting but the house looks tired - cabinets are older and our master bath shower was in need of repair. The patio needs some loving as the refrigerator in the bar did not work and the bar was pretty worn out. Our family stayed next door to us and they had a warm pool we spent most of our time in. Great location to the beach and we were happy there were some chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Housekeeping had the place spotless and should be commended.

good property a lot of little things took away from the stay
Interior was what we expected and fine. Downers: 1: the key box did not work when we got there to check in and the replacement did not work either. We got a key to the back door we used. 2: Needed the grill the first night and it did not work and needed to be repaired . Strike two on day one. 3: had issues with the dishwasher and only when the technician came and said to "SLAM" the door as hard as we could to close could we get it to work. 4: TV remotes needed batteries which we ended up putting in. 5: found a dead black snake in the back yard near the pool that no one removed so we did. It had flies and stunk. 6: Second last day the refrigerator in the garage stopped so we lost mostly non perishable products Lastly Alex the property manager offered us a $20/ person food voucher for our head acheak trying to get into the property which we could use anytime that week. We only use $124.13 of this which I advise Alex of and have not heard back. Interesting week.

The Potts at the Beach
We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as pictured. Room for 8 adults and an eight year old, plus 2 dogs. Just a short stroll to the beach; however, we spent most of our time enjoying the house’s private outdoor paradise. The pool. the hot tub, and tiki bar with sink and mini refrigerator were just perfect.

About as expected
All of the posts are correct, it's close to the beach. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths, and it is close to several restaurants on AMI. The property really could use some updating. A new coffeemaker would be a good start. The baseboard on the patio had rusted and come loose and was laying on the patio when we arrived. I advised the property mgr but nothing really done during our stay. We were assured that the "hot" tub was working, but it got to lukewarm at best. I will say that the beds were comfortable and, for the most part, the place was clean. Would recommend renting a golfcart to get around the island. Came in handy, esepcially when looking for parking spots over spring break week. I'm afraid that Vacasa goes to great lengths to NOT provide contact information in case there were issues with the place. Definitely an area for improvement. All in all, still a pleasant stay in a beautiful place.

Could be a nice Property but Terribly Managed
This house has lots of potential- large and a good location. However, the pool was dirty, the spa didn't work for 4 of the 7 days, broken coffee pots, broken poorly appointed kitchen essentials, filthy ceiling fans. To make matters worse, communicating with Vacasa was a nightmare both locally and the headquarters in Oregon. We spent a total of 10 hours of the week trip calling, following up and hosting the Maintenance crew at the house. Not the way I expected to spend my vacation.

Convenient location
Had a great stay, rented a golf cart to drive around the island. We also rented bikes, the listing stated there were bikes on site but there was not, no big deal. It didn’t stop us, we rented some and enjoyed the island. We took a dolphin tour and enjoyed the beach.

Perfect getaway
We had an incredible time at your property. There is plenty of room for our group of family and friends. The pictures of the backyard do not do it justice. It is a tropical oasis. Rain or shine there’s plenty of room for everyone, and the pool was so relaxing after a long day at the beach. The location was on point, and we would definitely stay here again in the future
