Issues with TVs
Friday night we experienced issues with the living room and primary room TVs not connecting to the WIFi. Both TVs required software updates. I ran the software updates which logged out of Google TV. I reached out and received the password from Bailey however, when trying to login we received a message banner saying he account was suspended. I contacted customer service late yesterday afternoon spoke with rep who said I would be contacted with a solution. I was not contacted therefore we were unable to utilize the TVs. I was not even contacted about the issue today so I essentially was ignored regarding the issue. If you are using Smart TVs it would benefit all parties if the login information is provided at the check in and the owner do the required software updates when required. I utilize this app regularly to book stays and I will say I was very disappointed if a simple issue like this did not get solved what would happen with a more serious issue. I felt like the owners felt they had already received the payment and were not concerned with the issue.
