This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Rustic log home that sits above Lake Sequoya, just minutes from downtown. This home has an open floor plan and features a vaulted, open beam ceiling in the great room, wood burning fireplace with stone hearth and gas starter, and wood floors. A wrap around deck on two sides with a large screened in porch offers plenty of outdoor living space and allows a secluded feel with mature trees and a lovely view.

The three-level home has 5 bedrooms with a main floor master and en suite. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin bunkbeds and two bathrooms. The lower-level bedroom features a queen bed and a bathroom. Each floor has an independent thermostat for custom comfort. The large, light-filled, open kitchen plan plus an outside gas grill and a custom-built family table that seats ten provides everything you need for memory filled vacation dinners. Full size washer and dryer and small bar sink are located just off the kitchen.

Note that the driveway is steep. There are two parking pads but space to turn around is limited. Parking is also available behind the house with steps up to a main floor entry.  A ramp is also available for extra convenience.  If parking in tight spaces is an issue for you, carefully consider the pictures before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
