Our deck features a built in 8 seater hot tub with waterfall that overlooks the beach waterfront. It is equipped with outdoor Sonos Bluetooth Speaker System, adjustable citronella table torch lanterns, 4 burner stainless steel BBQ grill w/ side burner (ideal for seafood boils) Adult Patio Twister, Giant Jenga & Connect 4 & tons of other fun children’s & adult games.

The upstairs balcony view is spectacular! Watch the sunrise sipping your morning cappuccino while overlooking the various bottlenose dolphin, birds, herons, eagles, egrets, turtles, fish & other beautiful wildlife that live here. Adjacent to the Game Room, it features an outdoor bar, adjustable tiki torch lanterns, pre-lit topiary's, dining table & more. Step inside where you can play darts, foosball, shoot a game of pool, watch the game or a movie on the 5.1 surround sound system, enjoy the full size bar or head down to the beach for a more traditional beach bonfire.

Cozy up with blankets on the Giant Adirondack furniture next to the beach stone fire pit, light the mosaic torch lanterns, roast marshmallows, make s’mores, share campfire stories, throw some horseshoes, play glow in the dark volleyball/football/ frisbee, set up a game of badminton & even camp out overnight to witness the clearest of night sky’s & shooting stars (blow up mattresses, tents, cots & tons of campsite essentials available upon advance request only- some fees applicable)

Experience the most beautiful (one of a kind) sunsets right here on the back deck or hop on the boat for a sunset cruise & head over to one of several marinas to listen to live music, eat some good food, island hop, catch a thrill water tubing & see the water view around you. **PLEASE NOTE: The home can sleep up to 30 plus people. We have 12 total beds that can sleep 22 people in fixed beds. In addition, we have 3 queen size air mattresses, 1 twin air mattress, 2 cots, 2 reclining sofas & loads of extra space to place additional fixed beds, air mattresses, foam beds or other fixed beds to be able to sleep more. There are two bunkbeds & the top bunk has a 250 pound weight limit . We also have camping gear for those who like to stay outdoors &/or camp on the beach. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own beds &/or camping gear as well. RV & boat parking/spaces available, Boaters can also launch from here- fees & prior approval required.

Additional fees & prior approval required for any & all additional overnight guests & ALL guest visitors (visiting longer than 10 min) that are not listed on the original reservation at time of booking along w/ all requests for additional fixed beds/camping gear, Rv or camper parking, as well as any reservation made requiring more than 6 total vehicles being parked on site at any time. Some events are allowed w/ fees & approval is required prior to booking. Message me w/ specific details for pricing & approval. A $50 change fee will be applied to any & all alterations ($50 per request) that are made after the initial booking is processed, this includes, but not limited to all approved: additional overnight guests, guest visitors, adding of pets etc thank you.
