Erstklassiger Familienurlaub

Ein großartiges Hotel mit internationalem Puplikum, umfangreichem Aktivitätsangebot (Reiten, Golf, Kartbahn, Casino, Quartfahren, Jetski) und mit einem mit ganz besonderem Service auch speziell für Kleinkinder (Babyclub, Kidsclub). Das Fruhstück und insbesondere auch das Abendessen ist sehr international zusammengestellt und geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

ça vaux pas grand chose trop de personnelles juste la pour vous faire payer trop cher pour les prestations donner une petit bouteille d'eau en plastique 2.50 e restaurant pas bon viande cuite froide d'avance pour le confort nul il on fait des travaux ils fermé tout les passe dans l'hotel aucune indication golf les locations de matériels trop cher c'et de l'arnaque cote 2sur 10

le buffet de la demi pension manque de renouvellement et de qualite le golf quant a lui est tres bien entretenu

Amazing

Amazing time at this hotel. The staff are genuinely friendly and can not do enough for you without being too intrusive. Previous breakfast requests and dinner drink orders were remembered and prepared for us. Nabil Azzana (the waitress Supervisor) is a legend and was brilliant with our two boys aged 6 and 7. He made dinner time a delight. A genuine friendship was formed with him and our two boys as he shared some of his local knowledge and answered all of their questions even the one asking him how many baubles were in the huge dining room light chandeliers! He took the time to show them how they would calculate it using long multiplication rather than a calculator! He was so attentive and a true Moroccan treasure. Food was amazing and so much variety and choice. Room was spacious and had the most amazing sea view we slept with the window open every night listening to the ocean roar and no mosquitos were seen. Water slides were closed for maintenance when we arrived which was a little gutting but when we enquired about it on day2 they told us they’d be open again by Friday, and they were. Lifeguards were a comfort to have on site and again had a professional yet friendly presence. There were even staff sweeping away the splashed pool water around the poolside so there was never any risk of slipping. I can’t think of a negative about the hotel or staff, just a shame some of the other hotel guests were a little rude and displayed an air of entitlement. Fantastic hotel.
