Experience in this place has ruined my trip. Turkish lady owner offered me and family room in her basement which was a nightmare. I refused that and asked for the room i saw in picture, but she was categorically against that. Than I decided to go to another hotel to sleep that night which has costed me around 170 euro. Next day I went back there again and she finally gave me one room on the second floor but ask me to add 50 euro more. Even that room was nasy unclean and smelly I had no choices I stayed there next two days. Dear hotel.com this is my first eperience I booked through you, if you do not take any action against her it will be my last one. I went to ask one another hotel just in the opposite side and explained the situation City Hotel was the name, can you believe what receptionist lady said to me, you are the 7th person today who came from the same place with the same problem. Please do not send consumers any more there that lady is an evil the way she communicates with costumers is out of this world.
