This home is settled in the tree line just 20 minutes from town on Little Muddy Creek Road. The road is paved within a few miles of the home and continues with a smooth gravel road to the property. During the winter months 4-wheel or all wheel drive is recommended depending on the conditions. The area hosts abundant wildlife for your viewing pleasure.

From May to September cattle graze in the pastures and timber land at the Orville Chandler Ranch. You may encounter them in the fields but they are fenced out of the large yard and parking area surrounding the home.
There is one camera focused on the parking lot that records audio and video for the safety and security of the home.
Events and/or large gatherings are not allowed at this property.

Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
General Rules
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
• Parking: Park in the gravel area of the driveway in front of the home.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
• Due to excessive fire danger, no fireworks are allowed on the ranch.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $75 fee applies if pet waste is not removed.
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
