- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

3. Falls Park on the Reedy River- This is a favorite of locals and tourists alike! This beautiful park overlooks a gorgeous downtown waterfall in the heart of the city!
4. Swamp Rabbit Trail- A beautiful trail that takes you into the heart of the city, and runs for miles! Enjoy bike rides, runs, or a stroll with a cup of coffee in the morning.
5. Peace Center for the Performing Arts
6. Main Street- Enjoy shopping, entertainment, and a food-lover's heaven on Main Street! There is a reason why this street is rated one of the best and friendliest in the US!

We had a wonderful time staying at Trio! The loft is well appointed and has tons of character. We so enjoyed it. I also recommend eating at the burger joint below it. They were the sweetest people! We will be coming back!

Excellent Experience!!!!!
This apartment is awesome! Two things we always want - comfortable seating in the living area, and a mattress that isn’t too hard or too soft…we got both!!! Everything you want is right outside your door…food, bars, all the things of downtown Greenville. And yes…you are staying in a city…you will hear cars, people partying on the streets, garbage trucks…but it’s not all night! I sleep with ear plugs…problem solved. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect Downtown Greenville Getaway
Loved it. It was perfect for us. We were able to walk to our grandson's graduation and to the restaurants on Main Street. Parking in the garage was very convenient. Vic's Pizza is now Windy City Burgers. You may want to change that in the description. Thank you for such a perfect stay.

The location is perfect! You can walk to just about anything and it’s very easy to get to. Parking is just a short walk. Noise is just as everyone else describes it so I won’t go into detail. The apartment was very comfortable and great space. The little issues we had were communicated easily and they were very understanding. This place puts you right in the heart of downtown! You can park your car and never have to drive it again if you don’t want to. All the restaurants, shops, coffee shops are all within walking distance. If you want the best place to experience and explore Greenville, we highly recommend.

Great downtown location
Just returned from our stay and it was amazing. The location could not be better. Downtown Greenville has so many great restaurants, shops, etc. Great for a three night stay. The parking garage that is close is just a short walk and not very expensive. The bed and couches were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was nice. We ate all of our meals out so we didn’t have a need to cook there. There is a CVS a block away if you forget anything. The noise thing (which the homeowners are very upfront with) is no joke but the sound machine in the bedroom helps a ton. We had one night with two grown men having a loud political argument outside the window at 2:45 AM but other than that we slept peacefully with the sound machine. The only other thing I would note is that the TV situation is a little odd. Cable is connected to the living room tv and a Roku is connected to the bedroom tv. The bedroom Roku remote had no batteries but I just used the phone app. I brought my Roku from home to hook to the living room tv and that was no problem. Seemingly no cable was hooked to the tv in the bedroom, just Roku. Seems like a situation that might be a little harder to navigate for less techie people. Overall, we absolutely loved the loft and our spring break trip to Greenville! It was all amazing and we highly recommend it!

Loved the property, Loved the property, we enjoyed the area very much. A couple of suggestions for additional comfort stay- Weather stripping on front door-I worked from there and sitting at the desk next to the front door was REALLY COLD. I had to put towels in the door to minimize the huge airflow coming in. If anyone was looking to cook in the kitchen it was pretty limited with the utensils and cookware. Thankfully that wasn't the case for us on this trip.

Great location, close to everything and walking distance to the historic West End area. The only 'surprise' was how loud it was until 2am (weekend) with the bars/clubs close by. The sound machine helped a lot!

We had a great stay. Because we picked for location within downtown we understood going in that the loft was above a restaurant and some of the limited noises that came up from the street would need to be ignored. We recommend the loft with the caveat that street life can go late into the night.

Lovely loft in heart of Greenville
Loft was as described - spacious and comfortable living area, adequately stocked kitchen (enough dishes and utensils to get by, given that it's unlikely that you'll actually be doing much meal prep or in-unit dining in the heart of foodie-heaven ;-); and comfortable bed. The charm of the unit and its great location overshadowed the few minor inconveniences we encountered (broken dryer switch, linens in the dryer, nail pop in the floor, trash dumpsters blocking the stairs to the unit). The biggest annoyance was the inability to watch games on the large TV in the main living space for the first four days of our stay because the cable remote was missing. The response from the property manager was that the unit didn't have cable, despite the presence of a cable box and the listing stating that it did. I actually discovered the missing remote wedged deep between the seat cushion and the arm of the recliner on day 4... something the cleaning crew probably should have found. The downside of the unit's great location is the noise coming from the bustling activity on the street and the restaurant below. We understood that, so it wasn't a huge issue for us, but it is something renters should consider prior to booking. The unit is above a burger joint and very close to a number of bars, so it is noisy - at least it was during our stay. Bar patron noise was considerable at night and into the wee hours of the morning. Restaurant kitchen noise (cleaning and prep) begins in the early morning hours (5-6am). The white noise machine in the unit definitely helps, but light sleepers should be aware that the over-night "quiet window" is short. I would definitely recommend the unit for it's charm and location, while cautioning guests about the noise. It's perfect for those seeking to immerse themselves into the Greenville scene, but may not be the best option for those seeking a quiet or peaceful retreat.

Awesome location
You are right in the middle of everything downtown. The place is very nice, kitchen had everything you need for short or long stay. Nice place to use for work. The living room is very nice sized. The place was very clean. Only cons… and these are just being picky… bathroom is small and not a lot of counter space… shower is awesome. Second con is the bed… it’s a crazy high Murphy bed, not sure why a Murphy bed?? … but like I said, those aren’t any huge issues. Overall we loved the location, and loved the place.
