The home is only 15 minutes away from Greensboro International Airport (GSO).

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

-A $500 fee will apply per unauthorized guest beyond the reservation. Please ensure your guest count matches your booking details.

-A $300 fee will apply per unauthorized pet. Only approved pets are allowed as per our pet policy.

-The space is pet friendly and pet fee will cost $19 per pet (per night).

-When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $29.

-The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair.

-Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
