Near Soulac/sea and Atlantic beaches, House for 8 people (3 bedrooms) wooden chalet style with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated from mid-April to September. You have a 100 M² wooden terrace, garden furniture, relaxation areas, a barbecue, and the garden is completely enclosed.
Shops nearby (1.5km). 3 bedrooms for 6 people but with 8 beds, living room, pantry, bathroom, kitchen (new) with every comfort. Free internet access. Board sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 1.5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, an American fridge with ice cube delivery, a built-in oven, ceramic hob, a coffee maker, a Nespresso, microwave and a 12 place dishwasher.
On the air-conditioned floor, you have 2 small bedrooms (7 M²) which are equipped with a 140 cm double bed and storage space.
Downstairs you have a large bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds and a large 160 cm bed separated by a curtain.
Pool side surrounded by a magnificent exotic garden, thanks to the telescopic shelter, nice night swimming because you are like in a bubble!!!
The house is located in the town of Grayan, 9 KM from SOULAC/sea, 10 minutes by car, 7 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 3 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site.
Going back towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc.).
Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world!!
Going back 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charentaise coast for a day getaway.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, on-site tastings possible with a view of the bird island!!
