Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am very sorry to hear you weren't able to stay in our hotel on Monday evening. Unfortunately we had a flood in one of our rooms which has forced 2 bedrooms to be uninhabitable at the moment. Therefore this lead to us having to re-locate some of our guests as a result. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. It's unfortunate that you have lift us with a mixed impression of our hotel. Whereas its pleasing to hear that you were a fan of the hotel, it's disappointing that you were disturbed by noisy neighbours in the corridor as well as breakfast not living up to expectation. We have a Duty Manager on shift at all times who is ready to assist with anything you need and would have been able to put a stop to the noise had we known there was a disturbance. We appreciate your comments about breakfast service and apologise that things didn't go to plan. We will share your feedback directly with the team to ensure that the high levels of service that we are normally so well renowned for are reviewed and improved upon to make sure your next visit is a more memorable one.
