Horrible experience
Unresponsive host. We tried to get check-in details the day before (Christmas Eve) but the host refused to answer despite us knowing he was getting our messages and calls. I had to get in touch with Stayz three times which was a nightmare as well because we got cut off a few times but they could not be bothered to call back so I had to call and start the chat all over again, they said things like the host normally gives instructions on the day itself, they've tried contacting the host themselves but there's been no response. On Christmas morning, the host only started responding at 11am whilst I was on the chat with Stayz and told me the place was not available due to a short circuit. Thankfully, I did not have to check out at 11am at my current place like most places require. I was already beginning to panic as it was Christmas, and I had booked the bungalow for 15 of my family members arriving from all over. It was most stressful. After much complaint, the host offered another bungalow for the first two nights of our booking and then a different one for the last night of our booking (we had booked three nights for the one bungalow). I took the offer. The Tg Tokong place we first went to was not clean, it stank, there was no toilet paper in some toilets and the bath mats were wet. There were no duvet covers and the duvets are obviously not washed. The floors were oily and grimy. There were plates/cutlery for 7 people. We were 15. It was a nightmare. I was tired
