Welcome to League Lofts 201– a stylish and spacious two bedroom loft just steps from all the hot spots in downtown Galveston. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Combined with the full sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!

Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.

Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: One pet is welcome with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Paid street parking only.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Great quick getaway!
This loft was perfect for my friend and I’s quick getaway trip to Galveston!! It was minutes away from the strand which was super convenient since that’s all we planned to do! It’s a beautiful old renovated building, we loved the old wood staircase. We looked up when the building was built and I believe it said 1915! Super cool historical building! The kitchen was perfect and had all the utensils we needed. The bed was actually comfortable!! There was extra pillows in the closet which was nice. I am grateful we chose this place and we will be back!! Oh and the parking was bad at all! I don’t know if it’s because we came during off seasons but we did. It have a problem.

Perfect Downtown Location
We enjoyed our stay at League Lofts. I loved being just a few blocks off of the Strand; we walked to the Opera House, Rosenberg Library and to supper each evening. The price was really good for the location and amenities. The only thing that gave me pause was the lack of dedicated parking. But I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to pay and park nearby. Because the lodging was so reasonable, paying for parking was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again and are recommending it to friends and family.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
We only stayed one night. Left on a cruise the next morning. Very comfortable beds. Everything was clean, just as you would expect it. Beautiful, old building.But if you’re looking for a place where you can get a good night’s sleep, this may not it. The unit we were in was right at the top of the only stairs in the building on the second floor. There is absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear every step that anyone took up and down the stairs all night long.If it had been quieter, I could see us coming back for an extended stay.

Beautiful property, excellent location
We decided to head down to Galveston for a short stay. I found the property and it was in a perfect spot near the Strand. It is a historic building that has been perfectly updated. Host was responsive to questions and helpful. Highly recommend, will book again.

We rent a unit in this building every year because of its location to the Grand Opera House. We had some trouble last year with the check-in process, but this year everything went perfectly. the unit was clean and ready for us early!

Great stay pre-cruise!
We booked this stay for one night prior to our cruise. The location really can’t be beat. We were able to walk to the strand to party it up and the following day we walked to the cruise terminal with our luggage. We are four fit & able adults so the stairs didn’t bother us (elevator was out of service). One thing to note is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so we had to coordinate for four adults getting ready. Also, the couch was full of animal hair, which was a huge turn off to me. I didn’t notice until I was sitting on it the morning of our departure so I didn’t inform the property owner for resolution. They had everything Overall I think this a great stay

Perfect Location!
Super cute spot and absolutely the perfect location for being able to park the car and walk to all the downtown locations and The Strand! We visited nearby restaurant spots for cofffe, lunch, dinner, and cocktails! We strictly used the location for laying our heads down at night and get a little rest in between outings. The only things I would say was not good was in the evening when we were trying to sleep (not early either). The floors were old and I loved that BUT whoever was the floor above us walked constantly for what seemed like hours pacing and the floors creaked and cracked and made it nearly impossible to get good sleep. And the second which wasn’t a deal breaker for us was the furniture in the living space wasn’t comfortable for lounging or relaxing. We were on the go so much it really didn’t matter. However, if plans including tv watching or sitting and lounging. Not the best conditions for that. Would I return? Yes- but maybe ask for the top floor! The location was the BEST!
