Serenely set in the Sea Isle neighborhood, this cheerful, coral-pink bungalow was built for the beach. With multiple outdoor spaces— including a rooftop deck and a huge fenced-in yard— you’ll have plenty of space to soak up the Texas Gulf Coast sunshine and feel the ocean breezes. There’s also an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, and the Sea Isle Beach access point is a hop-and-a-skip down the lane. There’s space for ten, so bring the family for a carefree coastal getaway.

Beach Access: Just a 30 second drive or 3-4 minute walk from the Sea Isle beach access point.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Little Tuna has a fun, relaxed beach style. The living area is open to the kitchen and has a sectional sofa with soft throw pillows. A large, flatscreen television is mounted over a console table. Slip off your flip-flops and relax here in the evenings with your favorite TV show or a family film festival. A wall of windows behind the sofa floods the whole room with bright, natural light.
The clean and efficient kitchen has a tiered peninsula bar with seating for six people. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a subway tile backsplash are accented with pops of bright teal. It’s a perfect, sunny spot to linger over the morning coffee while flipping fresh blueberry pancakes, or packing the cooler with some snacks for the beach. A laundry nook with a stacked washer and dryer is next to the refrigerator.
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with glass doors that provide tons of natural sunlight and lead out to the deck. The second bedroom has a full-over-full-size bunk bed. A full bathroom with a step-in shower can be accessed from the hallway. On the ground level, a third bedroom has a full-over-full-size bunk and flatscreen television. This bedroom is not connected to the main house, guests must use exterior stairs to access the main home and bathroom.
The outdoor spaces of this home were built to take full advantage of the gorgeous Texas Gulf Coast. On the main level, there’s a spacious deck with an outdoor dining table and plenty of lounging space. You can choose to kick back in the shade with a cool drink or soak up the sun and work on your tan. A rooftop deck has plenty of privacy and a birds-eye view of the Sea Isle Beach neighborhood. The rooftop space is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sunset, or working on your Texas tan in the afternoons.
The crown jewel of this home is the gigantic, emerald green lawn that’s fully fenced in. Play volleyball or badminton while your four-legged family members frolic safely nearby. When your crew is ready for the beach, the access point for Sea Isle is a quick walk down the road. A barbeque area with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower complete the Texas beach house must-haves. You won’t find another home quite like this one anywhere on the west end of Galveston.

- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
