This place was not advertised as a dirty, roach infested place. It’s ironic they charge cleaning fees when this place clearly hasn’t been cleaned. The floors are sooo dirty and the kitchen is infested with roaches. The images they provide are a catfish. The stove is not a glass top it’s an old stove from the 1980’s and the microwave is old and rusty and it has roaches! We are so disappointed.

very nice house for a few nights
It was clean and comfortable. There were ants on the counter but they were easily cleaned up. It was well decorated and close to the beach. The lock boxes didn't work so we just locked it at night.

Not ready
Once we arrived and went in we noticed the place had not been cleaned. Beds had previous tenants linens still on beds. The bathroom and shower had sand on floor and in shower. Messaged the host and he said someone will be there in 20 minutes. After almost an hour I messaged him I again. Waited for a response and finally he said he contacted the cleaner and after another hour someone did show. She said that someone else was suppose to start cleaning but did not. I spent more time waiting on cleaning people. Once the house was cleaned it met our needs until the next morning the coffee pot did not work. Four adults without coffee not good. This house was not ready to be rented. Very dissatisfied.

Lovely views, great house
The house is a perfect place for some good times and enjoyment of the surrounding area. There’s no worries of being too far from the beach, as it’s a 2 minute walk away. It’s a perfect place, and met all the expectations!

Great price and location
I was very happy with rental. The location was awesome and at the right price. We were only 3 guests but there was room for more kids since the 2nd bedroom had 2 sets of bunks. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. Will stay again.

Horrible
The property listed on Vrbo was absolutely nothing like it actually was. The outside is very run down and the grass was high. Upon entering the property the walls and pictures were dusty. The A.C. did not work, which is why there were box fans (full of dust) in each room. The sheets and blankets were dirty as well as the towels. The bathroom had a horrible mildew smell and it was not cleaned. The whole situation was horrible. I only stayed the first night because it was late when I checked in, however my family and I were leaving the property at 4am going to another place I booked. I will say management did refund me for the remaining days I booked. I think that was the only thing that was good out of the situation. The owners really need to upgrade that property and fire the housekeepers they have contracted to clean. Lol also they expressed the fact that I couldn’t check-in until 4 pm TO ENSURE THE HOUSEKEEPERS HAD AMPLE ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN.

Quick Getaway
We had a quick one night getaway to the beach. The view was nice. We could hear the ocean from our house. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was wonderful, all walkable. The beach was fun and not crowded The house was adequate for a one night stay. Worn is the best way to describe it. It wasn’t exactly dirty but just worn. The bathroom floor slanted in one direction so sitting on the toilet was an adventure. The empty fridge had a smell to it. The water tasted bad enough that I did not make coffee. I know it’s the beach. It’s humid. A dehumidifier would have been nice. I’ve stayed on the beach before but this place just seemed wet all over. The beds were comfy. The area is great! Not touristy. Very relaxing. Culture Coffee is the only place to get coffee and it’s a coffee truck. Very beach vibes and nice barista. Would definitely stay in the area again.

A decent place to stay. We stayed on Friday night and the local bar was a little on the loud side. But, we are older so I guess it depends.
