Diese einzigartige Eigenschaft - Double Bluff Beach Club - bietet 200 Fuß von No-Bank am Wasser auf über drei Morgen Strand. Schlängeln 1/4 Meile auf einer Privatstraße und steigen eine Steintreppe zu diesem Stück Paradies zu den Bäumen gehockt.

Tauchen Sie ein in Sommersonne von einem herrlichen, custom-built-Deck, oder spazieren Sie entlang einer Sand und Treibholz Weg zum Rand des Wassers. An einem verzauberten Abend speisen unter den Sternen oder Kopf nach unten an der Feuerstelle zu braten Marshmallows, um Geschichten zu erzählen und Lieder am Lagerfeuer zu singen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln, ein Grill, ein Abendessen Glocke, eine warme Dusche im Freien und viele Haken, um Handtücher und Ausrüstung von einem denkwürdigen Tag am Strand zu hängen.

Im Inneren finden Sie den Komfort von zu Hause verbunden mit einzigartigen Charme der Insel zu finden. Das top-to-bottom Renovierung ist schön, hell, und jedes Zimmer hat einen Blick! Machen Sie es sich auf der Couch bequem mit einem guten Buch, Brettspiele spielen um den Kaffeetisch oder einfach nur zurücklehnen, ein Nickerchen machen und entspannen.

Die Kabine Features glänzenden, original 1930 Holzböden und eine voll ausgestattete Küche / Esszimmer mit Granit, Barhocker und komplett neue Edelstahl-Geräte. Das familienfreundliche Wohnraum Rahmen Panoramafenstern und direkt dahinter befinden sich ein 3/4 Bad mit Granit-Waschtisch, ein Wäscheschrank und dem Mainfloor Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, neuer Teppich, ein Einbauschrank und das spektakuläre Aussicht!

Steigen Sie die Wendeltreppe in den Schlafraum. Die kiddos wird über zwei individuelle Etagenbetten und zwei eingebauten Kojen, jede mit ihrer eigenen Speicherbereich und Nachtlicht verrückt. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit Rätseln, Spielen und viel Platz zum Spielen. Die untere Ebene verfügt auch über einen neuen Teppich, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einen eigenen Eingang und eine Badewanne mit einer überdimensionalen Waschmaschine und Trockner.

DBBC bei Double Bluff Beach County Park, einer der führenden Ort für Wassersportarten und Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie Angeln, Krabben, clamming, Kajak, Kitesurfen, Skimboarding und paddleboarding entfernt. Die Kabine ist wenige Minuten vom Lebensmitteleinkauf in Freeland und am Samstag Bayview Bauernmarkt (Ende April-Okt). Während Sie hier sind, sollten Sie Langley besuchen - charmant, Küstenort SüdWhidbey ist - zum Bummeln, Einkaufen, Walbeobachtung und Restaurants.

Valentines Birthday Family Getaway 2024
Had a Great Family Getaway to celebrate Valentines & my wife's Birthday with all of our kids, and our grandson. This property gives you an absolute front row view of Useless Bay on Double Bluff that does not disappoint! THINGS TO KNOW IN ADVANCE!!!We loved our stay, but this property, but it may not be the best choice for those with mobility issues! This home is literally perched on Double Bluff which gives you incredible views, but this requires that you climb up 54 stairs from the beach parking area to access the main door (41 for the lower level). And once you are in the home, the narrow spiral staircase is the only way to get between the upper & lower levels inside. This is not a negative review, as it felt like we were staying in a large treehouse, but something you need to consider based on your travel group!Our Host Paul was EXTREMELY helpful, responsive, and timely when we had questions/concerns/requests before and during our stay! Thank You Double Bluff Beach Club!!!

family trip to Whidbey
This was a great little get away. The views were wonderful, low tides provided time for beachcombing and collecting shells and sand dollars, the fire pit was great to watch the sunsets, the house was comfortable for 4 adults, the owner was responsive to our needs, the steps were a little challenging for us in our 70's but we had young family members to carry our groceries and suitcases! Recommend considering this well located home.

Gorgeous view but takes a hike
The beautiful view was as advertised though packing things up to the cabin takes effort. We enjoyed the deck and grilled twice. If you spent much time in the living room, the furniture wasn't comfortable, but having said that, the queen bed upstairs was very comfortable with a nice view of the water as well.

Beautiful Cabin on the Beach
We take our dog to Double Bluff beach often and have always want to stay at this cabin. It's a beautiful spot with amazing views. Really well set up for our family, and could accommodate a larger group. We loved cooking with the view of the beach and playing games out on the deck.

Location location location
This has to be one of the most beautiful settings on Whidbey. The weather was gorgeous and we spent most of the time on the stunning deck or walking the large expanse of beach. Double Bluff has everything we needed for a fun gathering of friends.

Stay at Useless Bay
This is a quaint comfortable cabin that sits above the beach on the side of a hill. The view is lovely, short walk to a sandy beach which is perfect for walks & scenery. For any guests with physical limitations the stairs will be challenging. Inside the house there is a spiral metal staircase to the basement. We preferred not to use it as it didn’t feel stable. There is a door downstairs to the outside, so we used the outdoor stairs to the upper level. We had issues with the heat not working in a section of the house. A message was sent to the manager but this was not resolved before our departure. There is also a bit of a sewer gas smell downstairs so we slept with the windows open. The cleaning fee seems a bit high since we were tasked with stripping beds, starting laundry, dishes & taking the garbage out. The setting is great, beach is fantastic, and it is in a nice area. Stores close by. It was nice size for the 4 of us (2 couples)

We had a great time on the beach. The trail meandered from the parking area out to the water. We were disappointed that the propane tank was empty, so no barbecue. The property was as promised.

Excellent place, just needs a few things to make it outstanding...
The Double Bluff Beach Club property is excellent, we're already booking another family adventure for July! The proximity to the beach can't be beat, no neighbors anywhere around. High overlook views give a perfect setting for enjoying the scenery. They've got a very cute dog bed and dog blankets w chew toys and other items... excellent touch. The proximity neighborhood is perfect for kids riding bikes (only a portion is 'open' to public, but it's enough for kids to do some laps on smooth asphalt. private drive past signs) The property could use a few items to really make it shine. Seating for meals is limited to the outside deck chairs and table; which isn't a deal if it's nice weather. Otherwise you're sitting at the bar (4 bar seats) or the inside couch. Outdoor table only seats 6. The deck is large, but there's only one small umbrella that only works w the table. A moveable shade umbrella would definitely be an improvement, especially for the Adirondack chairs. Plus side; there are massive trees to that give shade most of the day. The kitchen is equipped but sparse... a few more key items would help: more prep and serving bowls, outdoor bowls for snacks. Some of the supplied items we couldn't find; outdoor foot wash bin, dog bowl for drinking, outside shower wasn't turned on. (we turned on the shower but wasn't much communicated appreciation for saving the owner a trip for the handyman) The outdoor shower is grand; so nice to have a shower and get that incredible view. Unfortunately, shower only produces 'warm' water for some reason; a little cold for younger kids... but warm enough to be tolerable. Refreshing on a hot day for sure. A gate for dogs and kids at the top of the stairs would be a good improvement. Wouldn't recommend the property for families w toddlers, stairs are not perfectly spaced/built so require nimble feet. Deck apron is uneven and easily tripped for young walkers. The lower sleeping area is cute w fun 'cubby' beds for kids... that area is accessed via a spiral stair case; again, not great for newly walking kids. The lower bedroom could use black out shades, as sunrise in the summer is directly into the rooms (5:30am is pretty early for little ones) There's no AirConditioning, but proximity to beach/water provides enough breeze. Parking descriptions don't match the changes made to the property. Updated gravel and parking is a little different, not a big deal but just details.

Wonderful Respite
The cabin is exactly as advertised. The panoramic views are incredible and the situation tranquil and serene. A direct path across the street leads to a dog-friendly beach and we were able to walk for miles at low tide. The cabin itself is cozy, comfortable, and fairly well-appointed without being luxurious. Simole meals can be prepared in the full kitchen and several dining and take options are available within 10-15 minutes’ drive. For us, it was a perfect place for a much-needed get away and we will look to return. n.b. While it was not a problem for us, this rental is not appropriate for those with even modest mobility limitations. Located on a cliff above the beach, there are MANY steps up to the front door and deck area. Also, the interior stairs are a spiral that is both narrow and steep. Access and check out information was provided a couple days prior to departure, which allowed us to prepare appropriately. The host also provided prior notice of a vendor scheduled to come onsite during one of the mornings of our stay and we were able to adjust our plans accordingly.

Thoughtful Beach Front Home
This home was perfect for my husband and I's quiet weekend in Whidbey. Everything was exactly where you would think to find it in the house, from extra blankets to kitchen supplies. Our small dog enjoyed lounging on the deck and hearing all the sounds of the dog park below.

Wonderful Stay on Whidbey
This property was truly stunning. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and being on the beach was so great. The views from the deck and house are unbeatable. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well-equipped. Loved having a fire on the front lawn with the sounds of the ocean in the background. I know that some people have mentioned the stairs, but they truly are no big deal. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay to others.
