The incredible outdoor space is designed to take advantage of the amazing water views, with highlights including a furnished deck, a hot tub, a gas fire table, and a dog-friendly fenced yard. There's also a private pond on the property and exclusive driveway access provides plenty of parking for your boat or an RV. A public boat launch is only a quarter-mile away. The property backs up to National Forest Service land, adding an extra dose of private serenity to your stay. This home makes a perfect choice for any season, with endless year-round activities available nearby, including hiking, kayaking, sledding, ATV/UTV trails, and fishing. HooDoo Ski Area is less than 50 miles away and you'll be within easy driving distance to larger cities like Eugene (45 mi.), Salem (55 mi.), and Corvallis (37 mi.).

Two separate living rooms offer plenty of home comfort, with plush seating, and a smart TV in each. A panoramic window display showcases stellar views and strong natural lighting in the open-concept kitchen that comes beautifully appointed for home cooking and a wood pellet grill/bbq for you to enjoy.

Occupying the entire top floor, the enviable primary suite boasts its own smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private home office, a luxurious step-up soaking tub, and a furnished sunroom that is an ideal spot for morning coffee or yoga.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
