The staff was Fantastic! Very very helpful.
We had asked for accessible rooms, not realizing accessible didn't mean walk in shower. Which we needed.
Heather at the desk did everything she could to help us switch the room. The issue was we booked with Expedia and were having trouble contacting them.
When the room was switch, thank you again Heather for going to bat for us and not giving up until the customer was satisfied.
This is were the double check issue came to be. In the new accessible room, it appeared that the toilet had not been flushed in days or more. It was pretty gross / slimy to say the least. When trying to flush the toilet, it was not working. So we then had to move back to the first room. Heather would not let us be in a room without a working toilet, which was appreciated. We did take the bathtub stool to the room where we ended up, which was helpful.
This could have happened to anyone, the staff really showed concern that the guest were taken care of to the best of their ability.
And for that we thank them.
