2 wonderful weeks despite of IAN consequences
IAN has changed Fort Myers Beach. The beach is nearly the same. The condo is nice and clean with a beautiful view over the Golf of Mexico. We enjoyed our stay and will definetly be back next winter.

Ideale Lage für einen entspannten und ruhigen Badeurlaub
Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wer das Essen in den USA nicht wirklich mag, findet hier eine voll ausgestattete Küche vor, so dass man sich super selbst versorgen kann. Die Vermieterin stellte uns Strandstühle, Schirm und Strandlaken zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist super, gleich vorm Haus und zu unserer Reisezeit ( April) wenig frequentiert. Unschlagbar ist der Ausblick auf den Golf vom Balkon.. Gegenüber findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber wir sind ein paar Kilometer zum nächsten Großmarkt gefahren. 7 km entfernt, ist der Lovers Key Nationalpark. Sehr empfehlenswert zum Baden, Kayak oder Rad fahren. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für idealerweise 2 Personen. Ein Kind hätte auf der Schlafcouch evtl. noch Platz.

Perfect Beach Stay
We loved the view of the beach from our condo and how well furnished and supplied with so many extras of items you wouldn't expect to be supplied! It was well-maintained and very clean! It's nice to see that the grounds are getting a lot of care and coming back from the hurricane! We definitely want to come stay here again!

Great beachfront get-away!
We so enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view of the ocean from our 9th floor balcony. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We loved being so close to the swimming pool and the beach. The host communicated very well from start to finish to help everything go very smoothly. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to go back soon.

Great condo and excellent view
905A is well equipped, nicely furnished, offers a good selection of beach gear, and has a great gulf view. Kristie is very responsive and concerned about her guests. We do a lot of cooking and didn't need any items to complete whatever we wanted to do, Recliner is also a nice touch and is better than a couch in my opinion. Two minor negatives: unit has a tub instead of walk in shower and the freezer door wont open all the way, but the shower is a personal choice and wont matter to all. I will not let either of these prevent me from renting again. As to the overall complex: still some construction (and there will be for a long time) and so the security at the main door is lacking and there is some noise. If you are familiar with the beach pre-Ian you can forget everything you remember. The beach has moved about 40 feet inland and is almost non-existent at very high tides, so we just waited for low tide. On the plus side, the lagoon has shrunk. Shelling was fantastic this trip.

Cousin and myself had an amazing stay. My eighth time staying at EB&T. This was however the most favorite and comfortable unit ever! Plan on making this unit our go to every future stay. Thank you to the host, friendly and accommodating!

Vacation in Paradise
The condo was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Everything you may need during your stay has been thought of. The king-size bed was so comfortable. The views of the gulf of mexico and the skies were breath-taking each day from the condo. Kristie was easy to contact and a joy to talk to. The condo is exactly as it looks on-line, creating a feeling of vacation in paradise. A Publix is 2 miles away, and there are several restaurants in the area. We took a sunset cruise and there is wonderful kayaking in the area. We traveled to Sanibel Island, and the shell shop there, the Lighthouse Beach and the National Bailey-Matthews Seashell Museum is open and delightful. We definitely would recommend this rental.

Perfect Vacation Stay
So much good to try and accurately describe. Let’s give this a try. 1. Kristie was VERY responsive to all of our questions. She typically got back to us within an hour. 2. Kristie was very flexible with our stay. She helped accommodate our flight times change and helped make the vacation very memorable. 3. Location is fantastic. Quick drive to a multitude of restaurants or beaches. 4. The beach and pool were so convenient. The area is still under construction with the repairs from IAN. You just need to be flexible and everything will work out just fine. 5. The condo was very clean and well stocked for the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed the great views from the balcony. Excellent sunset view! I have never left a review before but I felt someone as accommodating as Kristie deserved acclimation. I would highly recommend this location for a vacation.

Stunning Views!
Our week at this condo was perfect in every way! The unit is very clean, bright, and comfortable. The ocean front views and nightly sunsets from the lanai are amazing. We spent most of our days at the beach which is just a short walk from the elevator lobby. What more can you ask for. Thank you Kristie for being a great host!

The apartment was mostly brand new. It had a great kitchen with everything that we needed for our stay. The ocean front view was awesome. It was clean and in a good location. The owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of. Overall a great stay.

We had a great vacation in this condo. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The condo is well-stocked with chairs and pool toys, as well as a beach umbrella. And the view of the gulf is amazing! We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful balcony views. Fantastic pool. We were very pleased with our stay. The only problem we had was the sliding glass door to the balcony should be replaced. Hard to open and close - would slip off track. But no other complaints.

Beautiful area
Everything was just as listed. Property is gorgeous, beach is fairly private. You aren’t going to have thousands of new friends loud around you playing ball and frisbee. It was like a nature preserve. The wildlife is abundant. The room is beautiful. A little warm for me but I just like it to be a lot cooler. I used the fan provided and it was just fine. Be careful using the light by the sliding balcony door. Don’t ramp it all the way up or security will come check to make sure the blinds are closed. No big deal, I just angled it different and turned it down a notch. The owners have everything very well organized and you’ll have all you need. I wish I was still there vacationing!
