Multiple daily emails sent once room was reserved to verify identity, provide a cc, then was told check in complete…day of got another email asking what time we were coming but nothing on day of instructions. Reason I say this is because when we got here, no one at the desk, no be back soon note, nothing but a piece of paper listing the qr code to download the app
The elevator is not user friendly (other guests in the elevator expressed the same sentiment). While we appreciate the code/security requirement, have stayed at other hotels with a much easier system.
Light on door fell off as we walked up, came into the room and smelled smoke. Walked onto balcony, people smoking next to us.
Bed was super uncomfortable, charged $20 for an hour later check out (had to do all this via app) - and it asked for a cc again instead of offering the option to charge the card I had to provide during “virtual check in”
Funniest part of the stay was when we left, there were 2 people at the desk asking if I was checking out. Good to see they finally care when it comes to turning over the room.
This is my first actual bad review left and we travel very often. The only good thing I can say is the lobby is nice and location is close to shops and restaurants.
