Unsere neu renovierte Pompano Beach Waterfront Compound befindet sich direkt außerhalb des Inter-Coastal Waterway. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern (1 davon hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche / Bad en-suite), 3 Bädern, 2 Küchen, optionalem Bootsverleih und Pool können Sie das Beste von Florida erleben !! Der Poolbereich im Hinterhof verfügt über eine große versenkbare Markise, die Schatten spendet, während Sie den Pool und die Aussicht auf die Umgebung genießen.
Vom Entspannen am Strand (nur wenige Minuten entfernt) bis hin zu gehobenen Restaurants und großartigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet Pompano Beach alles.
Pompano Beach liegt zentral zwischen Palm Beach und Miami und wird oft als "das Herz der Goldküste" bezeichnet. Die Stadt ist bekannt für ihre exzellenten Möglichkeiten zum Bootfahren und Angeln, die durch ein vorgelagertes lebendes Korallenriff hervorgehoben werden, das für Taucher und Schnorchler zugänglich ist. Angler und Familien strömen zum 300 m langen städtischen Angelpier, zu Spielplätzen am Strand, zu Grills und zu Picknicktischen. Pompano Beach hat auch mehr als 50 lokale Parks für Sportbegeisterte oder diejenigen, die eine Vorliebe für Entspannung im Freien haben. It is a beautiful older property.
This was a lovely large older house. It had 80's charm and the outdoor tiles showed aging as expected, lose tiles and unswept outer balcony with dirt and debree all over it unlike the photos of a gleaming back deck. The flooring inside, the tiles were spotted with random dirt, and sticky. The host had apologized for the quick clean and not having q full day to clean. The bedding was clean and charming. The house did have lots of extras like a bottle open, extra wines glasses etc. Beautiful kitchen and lots of unique granite and tile. The view was outstanding of the private beach channel. The tv had a great selection of channels and was easy to use. The pool was very nice to swim in. We did have to rewash put away glasses and silverware. Old red furniture is aged, but comfortable in the living room. Lots of great chairs and seating and cooking room. use

Family Vacay Right on the Water
Best family vacation with plenty of room to spread out! The house has a wonderful open floor plan with three bedrooms on one side and a fourth bedroom on the opposite side. Lots of seating in living room. The pool is a great size with large gradual steps to get in. The location is perfect with water access to restaurants, pull up sand bars, and even access the ocean through a nearby inlet. The house is stocked with everything you could need to relax, including plenty of towels, bikes, coolers, fishing poles, beach chairs, and kids toys. My dad loved fishing right outside the house and my son loved building with the magnatiles. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again.

I rented this property for a 4-night stay for my family to spend a weekend together. We all agreed that it was a house with a warm, homey feeling. Relaxing haven!
The house was as described. The highlight for us was the incredible backyard area bouldering the inter coastal. It’s always sunny, retractable shade available if you want shade. Kids loved the pool and pretend fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Definitely recommend it.

Our 2023 Getaway
We had a wonderful time. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The pool is heated and is just what I needed. The house is clean and is very roomy. They have loads of extra bedding comforters towels hand towels face cloths etc We quite enjoyed our 28 days there. Great Location!
We loved the location of the house. The pool was beautifu! We paid the extra to have the pool heated, it was still a little too cool for our liking, and they just increased the timer and that worked perfectly! There were four of us with only two loungers for by the pool. We asked if we could have two others, and received them by that afternoon! The neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. The property has 4 bikes on the premises. The only thing I would be wary of is renting the boat on the premises. It looks in poor condition. We will definitely be back!

Home was comfortable and large. Fantastic location in the middle of everything. Awesome views from the backyard just off the intercoastal. Pool was preheated as we discussed and was enjoyed throughout our stay. Home was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Master bath is definitely something very cool we’ve never seen before. This house was perfect for our family of 7. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views from the pool deck. Enough space to spread out comfortably and enough common areas to be together. Great house in great neighborhood
We had a wonderful week in Pompano. This property is in a great neighborhood close to lots of nice restaurants and shopping, great for walking and bike riding (3 bikes @ property). Being on the waterway provided nice breezes and entertainment watching boats go by on intercoastal. Nice having the pool and outside lounge area, and plenty of room in the house for our 5 adults to relax and spread out. The property manager, Daniel was great about checking in to make sure we were able to get into the house okay and that we didn’t have questions or need anything during our stay. Having rented from other properties through the years, this was by far one of the easiest and most efficient experiences.

Great vacation rental
House was great. Very good size, had 8 adults and 1 child stay for a week and we never felt like we were on top of one another due to the open floor plan. The neighborhood was great, very quiet, and friendly neighbors. Grocery stores are a short car ride or bike ride away. Backyard was excellent spent the most of our time out there by the pool watching the boats go by. Only about a 15-20 minute Uber ride to downtown. Would love to go back.
