Lage des Hauses Gut,sauberkeit nicht

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Erwachsene und haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge etc genommen. Die Sauberkeit war ein Disaster ! Zigaretten Reste im Aussenbereich des Pools,Haare in den Betten /couch etc. Das Geschier war so schmutzig das es bis auf wenige Ausnahmen vor Benutzung gewaschen werden musste. In einem Kochtopf befanden sich Essensreste .Für die Reinigungskosten die vermutlich jeder Zahlt (und wie wir sicherlich auch unser Vormieter) Erwarte ich ein Sauberes Haus Achtung vor dem Grill!!! Diesem Fehlt die Fettschale zum auffangen des runtertropfenden Fettes. Bei uns hat der Grill angefangen zu brennen und wir mussten mit einem Feuerlöscher,löschen.Da ich selber einen Gasgrill besitze und auch öfter Die Amerikanischen Gassgrill nutze,schliesse ich einen Anwenderfehler aus . Der Grill is zudem durchgerostet. Die Agentur wurde von uns vor allen über den Grill Informiert,denn die Benutzung ist gefährlich. Ich hoffe er wurde ausgewechselt. Lage des Hauses ist gut ,zu Fuss 7 min zum supermarkt ,Mit auto zum Strand 5 Min .

Great neighborhood

Just finished our 3 week stay here. This is a big house. It’s an old house and could use updating. The neighborhood and location to the beach are terrific! Pool itself is really nice and stayed warm, the shrubbery and trees surrounding keep it a little messy. Someone came twice a week to clean it-that was good. Outdoor furniture is good-cushions need replacing. The couple issues we had someone came within 24 hours to fix.

It was a nice house. The pool and spa was awesome. Good location too. The only downside for us was that the pool pump was broken when we arrived and it was very noisy. To be fair, they came to replace it two days later. Good service. Overall, we had a very fun stay.

Great locationlarge house FILTHY DIRTY!

We recently stayed at this property with our children/spouses. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood; close to the airport, minutes away from the downtown attractions, fantastic restaurants and the boardwalk. This house had plenty of bedrooms, 2 living room areas, a dining area, large kitchen and nice outdoor space. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately how dirty the master bathroom was. The bidet had “hair” in it, there was a leaf on the floor behind the toilet, the ledge walking into the shower was black and moldy, the toilet roll holder was rusted, the toilet button was so dirty, the window frame was disgustingly dirty, and there was a large clump of someone’s hair underneath the master bedroom’s nightstand. Disgusting. The kitchen floor under the table as well as under the sink was clearly not swept or washed either. I swept and cleaned both areas. The tv in one of the living room’s didn’t work, however, we made a call and the property manager, Chris quickly came over and was able to fix the problem. The outdoor area was beautiful; nice size pool and hot tub. Was very private and a nice area to just sit and relax. We spent months planning our vacation for our children’s Christmas gift and had many, many VRBO options. When we came across this property and viewed the pictures, we thought it would be the perfect house for our family. For the amount we paid to stay at the house, we were disappointed and disgusted at the cleanliness.

A tad underwelmed

The property was in a nice area - large home. The kitchen is not as well appointed - nothing in the way of spices or coffee etc. Hot tub never heated up. Front room was not very nice. As a couple that uses VRBO's for travel each year, this property didn't wow us.Might be a great spot for a large family. Loved the Iguanas...

This place was absolutely amazing!! It’s in a great location, super close to the airport and the beach. All kinds of restaurants and grocery stores and everything was super close. The beds were incredible. The outside set up is fantastic. I have nothing bad to say!!

Outside is great!

First the good - the outside area is great, nice pool, plenty of dining and seating. The location is on a quiet residential street, walkable to the beach, and downtown Hollywood (many dining options both directions). The downside is that the house is a bit dated and in need of some updates. The pictures are accurate, it's just hard to tell from photos. The cleanliness was so/so - mainly clean, but tops of tile baseboards were grimy, spatters on bathroom wall, corners dusty - that type of stuff.

Not what we had hoped for

Our family takes a big family trip every year and every year we get a rental home. This had to be the most disappointing. The home is older than shown and has a lot of issues with lights not working, thermostat issues, drawers falling out in the kitchen, and regulation of the “heated” pool that never warmed up to temp. We were unlucky with the temperature outside and were really looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Neither worked well and you couldn’t have both warm at the same time. The dryer stopped working in the house and my father and BIL had to work on it so we had dry clothes for the trip home. The bedroom with bunk-beds is missing a side railing on the top bunk and could not be used for all the kids. The house is in need of some serious maintenance.

Pooly maintained. Front door code pad failed. Leaving us to hop fence to get into property. Heated pool not as advertised. Had to have fixed 3 times. Still not working. Dishwasher did not work. Great House and Location

We were a group of 8 adults and stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the house. Very spacious and a great location with walking distance to the beach/boardwalk/grocery stores etc. Backyard is fantastic and we spent most of our time there. Veronika and Chris were very prompt at responding to our needs and check in was very easy. Would have given this an overall 5 star rating except for the fact that the heating equipment for the hot tub and pool were not working despite their efforts to have it fixed while we were there. Fun stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a short ride to the beach and has a very spacious pool area. The only downside we had were a lot of sugar ants in the kitchen but the property manager had it addressed within a day. The pool was nice but a little too shaded for us with all the palm trees. Overall we’d recommend.

Great house

Overall our stay (5 adults) had a wonderful week at this property and would like to stay again. Here are a few of the minor issues - pool - had to call to have someone come out and clean prior to the original scheduled date - very prompt in our request. The outside patio had a gutter that was hanging off - needs to be fixed and also there was a leak in the roof (in kitchen area) that was being addressed as we were checking. The jack n jill bathroom shower was difficult to adjust and towards the end of the week no one wanted to use it. Needs more kitchen towels - we ended up using the bathroom towels to dry dishes - didn't use the dishwasher. Wish there were more pool floats - we bought our own and left for future guests. Wish there was a binder with tips for local restaurants and things in the area to do. Found out about transportation (Circuit) from one of the restaurants on the Boardwalk. Again these are minor. Had no issues with rental property and any inquiries/questions were answered right away. Very accommodating in letting us check in early! Definitely worth the $$ and close to everything!!! Thanks for making our week memorable.

Needs maintenance

My family and I had a nice time but overall the property needs a lot of maintenance work for the price we paid. Upon arrival, the pool and patio were not cleaned and the water level was too low and we had to fill it. Soon after swimming we discovered a jet in the pool that had very strong suction to it and sucked up 3 adults, actually removing skin and causing a dime sized wound to one. This is very dangerous, especially for little kids and babies. After a heavy rain we realized there was a leak in the ceiling after one adult slipped and fell in the puddle of water on the floor. We noted the garbage disposal was leaking, the electric griddle provided did not work and kitchen cabinet doors were crooked and falling off. There were a lot of ants in the master bath for which we had to spray and the master shower appeared to have mold on the shower heads. The landscaping needs cleaned up as there were many dead branches and all of the landscaping lights were knocked over. There were bulbs out on the patio lights and there were speakers on the patio that did not work. The property listing states 3 king beds and there are only 2, the 3rd is actually a queen and there are only 3 twins in the bunk room, not 4 as the listing states. Palm Trees

We enjoyed our stay at this property and loved the ambiance of the backyard and neighborhood with all of the palm trees. It’s in a great location and we felt safe in the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for us (3 older adults, 2 parents a 6 yr old and 20 month old) to spread out and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking items (just no food items such as salt/pepper or cooking oil). The light switches are a tad hard to figure out at first and could use some updating but overall we enjoyed our stay! We also did receive a full propane tank for plenty of grilling each night. The beach equipment could use some updating as others have mentioned. We did leave our newly purchased beach umbrella so hopefully others can enjoy that!
