We showed up around 2 pm at the hotel and decided to see if we could check in. We walked into lobby which was hard to find since hotel changed names and there was only one sign on door with new name (nothing you would see driving by) - well, walking in we said hello to person at desk and said we had a reservation. No hello, no welcom - the response was "check in at 3 pm only".
The rooms were clean, but the property is tired. There are so many noises, it was really hard to sleep.
A great thing was that there is a wonderful breakfast place right next door. Later, when we did check in, Ken was working desk and was very friendly and helpful.
