Welcome to downtown Flagstaff. Its a residential area with both single family and multi family units. The train is nearby and you can walk into town very easily. NAU is just a a few blocks.
Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable.
