Perfect Family Reunion House
The property was beautiful! Nice, clean and new! There was plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. Lots of bathrooms! The game room was a hit with the kids. The beds are VERY comfortable! The stairs going to the lake were more than we thought---166 steps. Grandma had a hard time coming back up. The lake is so fun ---very deep so good for diving off the dock. But there's no shore----it just drops off, so is not good for toddlers. But the fishing was great! We had to bring our own inflatables for the water. We should have rented a boat. Bring extra towels--bath and dish towels. The dryer was broken which made it inconvenient with wet towels, baby clothes, etc. Bring hand soap, too. We sat on the back deck most of the time---used the grill, too. There are two dish washers but we really needed two refrigerators with our big group (perhaps a drink frig in the garage?). The owner was responsive regarding the broken dryer but was unable to fix it. The driveway is big enough for multiple cars. We made lots of memories at LakeView Luxe.
