New on VRBO, but operating in Emily MN as a premier resort for over 20 years! Designed with large groups in mind, this expansive 5,000-square-foot lodge offers ample space, comfort and functionality for up to 36 guests. It has 12 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with most bedrooms directly connect to a shared ensuite bathroom (J&J).
The newly remodeled kitchen is designed with groups in mind, equipped with two new gas stoves, a new dishwasher, microwave, stand-up freezer, and a 3-bay commercial refrigerator. A large stainless steel sink and a cozy dining nook add to the kitchen’s functionality.
The lodge also features a spacious dining and family room, complete with TV & bar. For entertainment, a game room with a poker table, dual TVs, and plenty of board games offers even more fun and relaxation.
On the outside our scenic retreat offers something for everyone. With 150 feet of pristine sandy beach, guests can enjoy hours of family fun and activities. The lakes provide excellent fishing opportunities, with Walleye, Northern Pike, and a variety of Sunfish, Crappies, Perch, and Bass caught by our guests each season right from the dock!
The property also features a private boat launch and two docks, one with a bench where you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of Lake Mary. Paddle boats, kayaks, and horseshoes are just a few of the activities available. Additional amenities include a children’s play area, a regulation-sized sand volleyball court, tetherball, a fire pit, and a fish cleaning station. For your convenience, picnic tables and outdoor grills are also provided for your enjoyment.
These amenities are shared among three modern housing options, ensuring a fun and comfortable experience for all guests.
Located in Emily MN, you get the small town vibe but still within driving distance to shopping and attractions such as Safari North Wildlife Park, Paul Bunyan Land Amusement Park, multiple golf courses and neighboring towns such as Nisswa, Outing, Walker, Crosby, Cross Lake, and Brainerd nearby. These towns offer a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment for all ages.

General Guidelines
Check-in: After 4PM
Check-out: By 10AM
Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house.
No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Ensure they are house-trained, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after. Any damage or excessive clean up required will be deducted from the deposit. Pets must be kept off of neighboring properties.
Beach Equipment: Complimentary beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boats, umbrellas, and toys are provided. Please treat these with respect and leave in designated areas so our future guests can enjoy them!
Grill and Outdoor Furniture: Clean the grill after each use.
Water Safety: Use beach equipment at your own risk.
Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash in bins provided. Please empty trash prior to ending your stay.
Damage and Maintenance: Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately to Brenda & Bryce (218-772-8172, 218-772-8154). Guests are responsible for damages caused by negligence.
Wi-Fi information is located in the welcome binder. Password is FATL2020
Appliances: Use appliances responsibly. Turn off air conditioning, lights, and other electronics when leaving the house.
