We have a comfy king bed with a ghost bed mattress, an oversized down filled sectional that can easily sleep 2, and a pull out queen size bed, making it so 3 - 6 people could comfortably sleep in the space.
Plenty of blankets, pillows and hotel quality bedding to ensure a comfortable stay.
We are conveniently located behind brewery district, walking distance to rogers place and the popular Manchester Square. Coffee shops, cocktail bars, restaurants and shopping!

Q: Is parking included?
A: There are ample FREE parking options depending on your needs. There is first-come-first-serve City of Edmonton street parking directly across the street. Please check City of Edmonton meters and signs for current information.
For ease, we generally recommend guests park in one of the FREE spots across the building, in the cul-de-sac. There is a heated underground parkade in the building that can be rented for an extra charge.
This information provided is to my best knowledge and may change so I encourage guests to check times on meters to ensure they are responsible for their own parking needs.
Q: Is the suite pet friendly?
A: Yes, however this must be approved prior to arrival and a pet fee of $30/pet is charged per booking which must be paid prior to check-in.
Q: When can I check in?
A: General check in is between 3pm and 9pm. We ask that guests provide an estimated check in time at the time of booking.
Q: Can I check in early or late?
A: If the other bookings allow we can try to accommodate an early or late checkout. Please give notice at the time of booking. There is an fee is $20/hour for requested late checkout past 11am for checkout or before 3pm for check-in. Q: Can I host an event or party here?
A: No parties, events, or loud music will be tolerated. This is an older building and noise travels, making it unsuitable for bookings of this nature. Any reports of noise complaints will result in an immediate removal from the property with no refund given for the booking, and a fine of $500.

3pm check in and 11 am checkout times to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the suite between guests
