These are rooms above a pub, so don't set your expectations too high, but it's also budget friendly.
First room I was put in was a good size, although a bit tatty and in need of renovation.
The en-suite was tiny, with a shower and a toilet, and then a washbasin outside in the room itself.
En-suite light switch was broken, so light didn't work, and light above the basin had no bulb.
I was moved to another room; smaller room, but bigger, modern bathroom, so much better.
No mirror in the bedroom though, so drying my hair was a challenge. (They don't provide a hairdryer, so bring your own.)
Being above a pub, there was loud music from downstairs, and people kept going through self-closing connecting doors which shook the whole building each time they slammed shut.
However, come closing time (11:30 pm on Friday, midnight on Saturday), all noise immediately stopped (they didn't even wait for the song to finish!), and it became very quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep.
