We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

WEDDINGS/EVENTS
We have hosted numerous weddings here and we'd love to host yours, too!
Our wedding fee will be added to your stay.
$1,000 for weddings up to 50 guests
$1,500 for weddings up to 75 guests
You'll also have full access to our event room with 40 chairs, (4) 6" tables, and (2) 5" round tables.
Wedding fee would apply to any wedding, "micro" wedding, vow renewal ceremony, reception or post-elopement celebration.
A 500.00 security deposit will be required to be paid directly to Elite Experiences.
You will be required to sign a reservation contract directly with Elite Experiences.
EVENTS
All events must be approved prior to your stay. A $500 event fee will apply for gatherings with unregistered guests in attendance.

A few other things to consider when choosing Pine Hollow Lodge for your wedding...
1. Parking. The bridal party and/or some family could park on site but for anything more than 15 vehicles you will need to shuttle or carpool people from a nearby church parking lot.
2. For more than 35 people you will need to get portable toilets. Only the people staying overnight are permitted to use the house toilets. The house system simply can't accommodate more than that.
3. Tents can be used on the property but must be frame tents. We have a great local vendor to recommend should you need one.

For traditional NON wedding bookings that have more than 16 people, the fee is 15.00 per night per person.
Please note:
1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.
3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.
4) No Hunting on the property
5) No fireworks on the property
6) PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.
7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night will apply.
8) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.
9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $25 plus postage.
10) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can't use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.
