Verry nice staff frendly early check inn now problem helpfull staff room verry good clean evrithing arround the hotel good food now alcohol service but good frendly staff

Positive: location, staff are very helpful and kind. Negative: I booked a triple room as advertised on your website but when I get there the room was a twin with a roller bed which was really uncomfortable to sleep on, it was so hard I couldn’t sleep on it. I spoke to the manager he said we do not have triple room in our hotel , I asked him to come to the room and try to sleep on this bed,he offered to add an extra mattress, they brought extra mattress same quality, he offered extra blanket to cover the mattress , it wasn’t comfortable at all ☹️ I asked for a same quality mattress of the twin bed and told him I sleep on the floor, the manager told me he can’t do this, after a long discussions he arranged a same quality mattress and bedding. Another thing was I asked room service for a plate and Knife in the room they asked me to pay 25 ryal for it 😳

A terrible experience. When i'm arrived,in 6:00 am, the room is not ready and i'm waiting too long timbe before i go into the room. The breakfast is not included during my travel. a hotel room was not busy, because one of our colleagues failed to leave. I had to pay 200 euros more to have breakfast and the room right away.

Property ok. On a main street so very difficult to cross the road. Handy for shops and food if you like to walk. We ate in the Istanbul restaurant a lot which is only a short walk away and very cheap to eat and theybalways made up welcome.

It was good hotel at good location close to Hammad medical hospital. Souq waqif,Islamic mueseum and business bayb were close to hotel T about 5-10 minutes drive.

Comfort 4 All

Pros: Breakfast Buffet.
Cons: More choices of coffee at breakfast.
Location: souq waqif (must go) corniche malls
Stayed 4 nights. lovely and welcoming staff. live music ( violin) daily in the evening at the hotel lobby where you can sit with friends and have coffees and cakes. good view from the hotel room of corniche. booked desert safari thru the hotel. 100 times better than dubai. it is the real safari.
