The condo comfortably accommodates 3-4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We enjoyed our stay with the this being the 2nd time in one year. One down side was did not have internet for the most of our stay, but I understand you gave us the code or what ever for internet, but we are not up on the latest technology but we could go out on the patio and have internet. We had a great time and enjoyed it very much.

Overall the property is very good. The property overall is getting a little dated but the location, proximity to the beach and cleanliness make up for it. As mentioned in the reviews the elevators are being upgraded and this will be a big plus when complete. Communication and check in was great!

Great stay
We had a great 4 night stay at this condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. Paul was extremely responsive to all inquiries I had prior to and during the trip. The condo is close to grocery stores (including Tesla superchargers at Winn Dixie), restaurants, etc. I loved that the pool and beach were very close, which worked out well since we were traveling with a baby. The condo was a good size for a small family, and had all the amenities. Note on the bed - it sits pretty tall!

Very nice stay
We had an excellent stay. Only complaint is the elevators were not working and the air at the whole place was not working for the first couple of days but our owners had a portable unit for our room so that was super helpful. Our condo was clean and the pool was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great Condo, Great Views, Great Location
We really enjoyed our week stay at Paul’s condo and the Jetty East resort community. The location of the gulf front property with private drive and gated entry was great. The condo was perfect - very welcoming, peaceful, relaxing beach vibe. Loved our ocean and pool views from the balcony, and the quick and easy access to the pool, beach and large pavilion. Communication with Paul was great- very quick to respond when we had a question. Definitely would stay again and recommend. We enjoyed very much!

WOW!!!
This place was the best spot in Destin! It was a quiet area with gorgeous views! The place was exactly what the pictures showed but even better in person! The beach chairs were a huge bonus. We were shocked with how many dolphins we saw from the balcony! Couldn’t have asked for a better, well kept place with views! Paul was quick to respond with any needs! HIGHLY recommend!

The good, the bad, and the ugly
The good: great location on the beach and wonderful view of the water (close enough to hear the waves crashing) The bad: the apartment is definitely smaller that the pics make it look like The ugly: the condo had some renovation done (bathroom tiles?) and in spite of what the owner said (we did message him twice), it was definitely not cleaned properly (some white dust still on floor and walls) amongst other places. The owner was definitely not very helpful (even a bit flippant in his response) which was disappointing given that he is listed as a “premier”! My wife ended up cleaning the bathroom completely. Also, the bed sheets did not seemed to have been cleaned (found 5 hair when we first went to bed).

Great location!
The condo was exactly as advertised and the property was overall very nice. Loved having the awesome view of the Gulf and the pool. Condo was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Only thing that would have been nice to have would be a couple of board or card games. We had rain half of our stay so playing a game would have been nice. And perhaps do something about the bed being so high? It was very comfortable but a little difficult for my short self to get in and out of. Not a deal breaker at all though. Lots of storage for personal items in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall a great bargain at the price - would definitely stay again.
