Amazing views from the Kitchen, Great Room and full wrap around porch! Just a few steps out the back door and you're at the water. The private dock provides exceptional access to fishing and other water sports seasonally.

Arrive by boat late April to end of September. While lake levels vary Oct to April affecting use of the dock seasonally, the boat launches and lake use are available year around. Download TVA’s app for information on lake levels and other helpful information.

There is plenty of parking in the loop driveway for 3 vehicles with boat trailers , (OK to park trailers on the grass inside the loop). A deck for sunning, snacking or watching the kids play overlooks the boat dock with chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor ceiling fans offer cool comfort on the porches.

The new kitchen is convenient and fully equipped, and the great room design ensures even the chef is included in the conversation and fun. Very neat 2 story spiral staircase takes you to entertainment room downstairs, bedroom, bath. Midfloor consist of kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bathroom. Top floor has bedroom with twin beds and balcony. Table with seating for 6 along with 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Access the lake from the lower or mid floor. Comfortable seating in the entertainment room for watching tv includes a couch and high-top table with chairs. This home feels expansive and comfortable with vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light.

Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and upstairs bedroom has twins.

A large lawn area out front gives plenty of space for yard activities. Full wrap around porch is great places for sunning, relaxing and/or BBQ. Enjoy your hot cocoa, s'mores or a glass of wine with friends and family on the rear porch. Use the kayaks to cross the cove and get a snack at the camp ground or explore the neighboring cove.

We commonly do the trip across the lake to Chattanooga and enjoy all it has to offer.

Dayton, Athens, Decatur, Cleveland are close by with restaurants, shopping, groceries and fuel, and Chattanooga and Knoxville are each an hours drive for attractions, concerts, historical locations, live music, etc.

I have installed one security camera covering the driveway. This helps me to sleep at night when the house is unoccupied.
